It seems according to their standards, 98 for 10 minutes worth of work is a break.
I had my stove top replaced by Harp Appliance which cost me a fair amount of money to order the part and installation. When the installation occurred within one month period, my stove top was loose.
I called up the company i purchased the stove from and they told me it was clips may are not on. I don't like to second guess people, but I think for some odd reason, the clips were "forgotten" when the repair man installed the new stove-top.
I feel that if you are going to order the part, the part should be excluded from the repair cost. It irks me that a 10 minutes job including clips costed me well over $150. I feel that they are rude and the customer service manager will have anyone do the dirty work for them they don't have to deal with irate customers.
The next time I plan on any repair through my service contract, I will stay away from them. I try to support my local business through my town but it is incidents like these that I feel take advantage of the community spirit.
