Okay so about 3 years ago i leased an SUV from a local lincoln/mercury dealership. The first to years i've made the full payments on time. In October 2009 was when i moved to another city in Minnesota when i found out that i would have to pay much more for rent than what i'd had expected, so by this time i had already signed the lease and all. So eversince i moved in i been struggling to pay my rent and cars at the sametime. So i called the Harris NA bank to make a payment plan, but there was no answer just automated service, My full monthly payment was $540 but since i was struggling i would send them a partial amount of $340-400. All this time i've been trying to get ahold of a customer service but the automated machine doesnt seem to be working [it wont transfer me] and i've search for multiple number but they all seem to be the same. Keep in mind all this time i've been making an attemp and trying to pay off my debt so in January 2010 a man comes to my door and asks me for the truck keys so now my car its getting repossesed I'VE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM HARRIS NA NOR A LETTER, NOTHING! I have another car as well which i've never had problems with and i'm about to pay it off and anytime im late or something they'll call me or send a letter HARRIS NA did none of that. I have a feeling they're running a SCAM of sorts.
