Harts Bridal shop is a joke. Filthy inside, rude people. Alterations ruined my daughter's wedding dress. Dress puckers everywhere and when pointed out to the store owner, the owner said that they had ironed it three times and that "this particular material just does that." Bull! "They ironed it three times?" Gee, I wonder why they had to do that????? Brought the dress home and will have to take it somewhere else to fix the disaster this hell hole has created. Found out that the "ribbons" and buttons for the bussle were attached with a PRICE TAG plastic strip! Yes you heard me right! Very redneck, mickey mouse way of doing things and it showed through on the dress. I recommend you stay as far away from Harts Bridal and these rude people as possible! MY DAUGHTER AND I ANGRY AND DEVISTATED AND AFTER THE DRESS WAS PAID FOR WE WERE TREATED LIKE DIRT! I will never shop in this high priced second hand bridal shop again.

When bussled up the right side of the dress hangs about 5 inches lower than the rest! It looks completely off and when we showed it to our family and friends they thought it was just awful!!! They said that they will never buy a dress from this place because obviously they cannot do the work correctly. However, I can tell you that Harts Bridal certainly know how to charge!!!
