CAN A SENIOR MANAGER INVESTIGATE AND RECTIFY THIS? IT'S BEEN HINTED THAT THE PROBLEM LIES WITH YOUR SUPPLIER, BUT YOU - HARVEYS - HAVE ALL MY MONEY - NOT YOUR SUPPLIER - MY CONTRACT IS WITH YOU, AND YOU HAVE VERY VERY BADLY LET ME AND MY WIFE DOWN, WITH NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD IT SEEMS??
