Dear Shri. Naresh Kadyan ji,
I am Dr. Yogesh Sangwan.I am a surgeon working at Sangwan Hospital Sirsa Haryana. I would like to share my pains with you.I have a belief that there are only two kinds of people in this world, Dog lovers and everyone else. I have had pets since time immemorial. I have a very loving Boxer dog who is 8 years old. My kids and Scotchy (my dog) have practically grown up together. I cannot explain the extent of attachment we have for him. The communication and understanding i have with Scotchy is unbelievable and defies all logic.
My world came crashing on 16th of November 2009 when Scotchy was stolen early in the morning from outside my hospital.I informed the police in written immediately.I also gave advertisements in local and national dailies announcing an award of 10000/-.I got early inputs which i forwarded to the police.I visited nearly 100 villages and almost all dog breaders of the area.I also went to neighbouring districts.I slept for just a total of 12 hours in 7 days.
On the 22nd of November my Scotchy came back.He was probably dropped back by the culprits, fearing being caught, outside my hospital at 6.30 a.m.But before dropping him they chopped off his right fore leg.The sight of blood in the driveway could scare anyone to death.Scotchy jumped 3 feet high fenced gate with 3 legs and bleeding profusely. He came and sat in front of my front door waiting for me to come and help him.Still bleeding.GOD was kind to me.We found him on time and operated on him.I remember his dazed look of shock wondering how could anyone do such a thing to him.Wondering what he had done to deserve this.My kids were shattered.I informed the police immediately. A medico legal report was prepared by govt. vet surgeon. Then i came to know that the police had not registered a case till then.I have given the police clues of the two vehicles which brought Scotchy back.I have even given them the vehicle series no. CH 03----.I even met the Chief Minister Shri.Bhupinder Singh Hooda who was kind enough to forward it to the S.P Sirsa. But nothing has been done till now.The case was sent to CID crime branch but even they have closed the case(fFIR 694/2009 city thana sirsa).
PLEASE HELP.
