Wow, Hasbrotoyshop.com customer service is in the dark ages. Do NOT order from them. Their responses are "cut and paste" and they're ineffective responding to email. Yikes! Wake up Hasbro! It isn't 1990 anymore!
I made a small error when ordering online, but caught it immediately. According to their site they suggested email or phone. I emailed within 20 - 30 seconds of placing an order.
Their response was automated ... "we care about your email blah blah" ... 20 hrs later they responded saying the order had shipped and there was nothing they could do.
Tip to Hasbro ... if you can't support a communication channel then don't offer it. They couldn't provide me with any info on how it had been shipped - I couldn't contact the shipper.
I made the mistake, but Hasbro failed to support a critical communication channel they suggested. That's just bad business.
