I was shocked to know that i am provided a line of 256kbps
I had subscribed for Hathways SKYWAY REGULAR plan where mentioned a speed of 512kbps. I am paying 1797.00 per month for this high speed. But unfortunately from day 1 i am getting a speed of 3-5kbps. After repeated followups an engineer came from hathway after 8 days of my complaint i.e. on 14th Feb 2008and then left my house with a note "STATUS INCOMPLETE". There was no change in the speed. Then another person came on 19th Feb 2008 and did not solve my problem.

The customer service guys says that the engineer will take care of this. The engineer says the technical team will handle it. Technical team says that the engineers will handle it. I had writteb a complain email about the speed to the seniors of hathway like Avinash and Vijay G.It is now just about a month and still i get the same speed of around 3-5 kbps.

I checked the speed and line capacity provided to me by hathway thru online speed test websites. I was shocked to know that i am provided a line of 256kbps( whereas the plan mentions a speed of 512kbps). When asked to increase the speed, i was told to pay 20% extra.

I feel cheated. My money is hard earned and i value my hard work. Please help.

Digital Cable
We purchased a one-year subscription of Hathway digital cable.<br />

Since the last 3 months, their set-top box has conked off. Repeated complaints have not brought any results.<br />
<br />
The employees of the company are rude and discourteous- they make the government employees look better.<br />
<br />
Would strongly urge everyone to never touch any products of this company.

Worst customer service provided by Hathway
My hathway customer number- 327158. Given a connection after a week of taking the payment. Answered technical queries after 10 days of logging a complaint. House shifted to adjacent street. Request given 20 days back. 40 calls to customer care, being waited for 20 minutes each time in the line, hundreds of money wasted for calls, precious time wasted for mails and waitings.

No action, no solution.

PLEASE DON'T GO FOR HATHWAY INTERNET CONNECTION. THE WORST OF THE WORSE SERVICE IT PROVIDES. THE MANAGEMENT AND SYSTEM IS A BIG FAILURE ARE HATHWAY.

Terrible service
I am one of the most troubled customer of SICKEST connection called Hathway VADODARA GUJARAT.I have renewed connection since last 13 days but till date hardly 4 or 5 days I can used. Every day whenever trying to get connected always finds hopeless message SERVER NOT FOUND AND EVERY time there is network problem. When complaining only polished answer given like HO JAYEGA OR AB PROBLEM NAHI HOGA ETC ETC.

When technician came he did something and network work for that particular day but on the net day or day after the same problem of network persists. I request all of you not to go for hathway vadodara.
Especially during rainy seasons their network is almost not working so it is better for such hopeless service provider to close their offices for this rainy season’s month. They promised 256 kbps but are not in apposition to provide 10 kbps forget 256 kbps, once they received the payment. I wonder and probably doubt that OWNER of VADODARA HATHWAY internet HAS SOME PROBLEM WITH US OFR WITH OUR AREA.LET IT CLEAR.

SO.BARODIANS!! Beware of HATHWAY broadband. They will have all the marketing gimmicks to cheat and attract you. Finally, U will end up repenting,... Only to look at the modem and blink, whether it will blink... or not!!!

Better to go for good ones, even though cost may be higher!!! HATH WAY -- IS -- WRATH WAY!

Very Worst and Very Poor service called Hathway. If not able to provide service please close the company. Don’t cheat the customer.

frequent suspension of account, mail space reduction (has been done 3 times itself in this month), very poor customer service. You keep calling their helpline nos.. u get thru after few hrs..

Main problem is that the none of the manager come on the line when a call has been made to the customer service department. Even their nos are not given.

Legal deptt. nos are not given.

REALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Hello,

My customer id is 104900. I have enrolled for 512 Blast New Xtra (Receipt No. 30751, dated 23/01/2008). But your customer care is saying that my plan is 512 Blast New Quarterly. I treat this as *shear* negligence from your side. Please resolve this ASAP.

Also, in spite repeated complaints at your customer care center about speed NOT up to mark (I get speed of around 140 kbs, though I have enrolled for 512kbs), no one bothered to resolve this issue.
