unorderd merchandise

I have received to packages of merchandise that I did not order. About a year or 2 years ago I ordered one time and ended up getting charged for 3 months before I could get it stopped. I did no order anything this time but they are using the same credit card as before. I received the first package on December 11, 2009 and the second package on December 15, 2009. I have tried calling the number on the packages and all you get is an answering machine. My husband and I have tried about 20 or 25 times to call them and never got through and never received a call back. I would like to return the packages but cannot get an answer on how to do it. Please BEWARE!!!

Sent items not ordered refused to refund

Almost a year ago I ordered a bracelet and earrings set from this company. Which I paid for and I thought was done. Last month they sent me two more shipments of cheap looking jewelry and charged me $89.00 each time. I returned both items sent and have proof of delivery but the company has not responded to my phone calls ( you can only leave messages) I am asking the credit card company to block these charges and disputing the charges already made. I think someone should put these people out of business for good. Everyone should be warned ! Do not order anything, from these people.
