Took over 3 months from application date to close of the refinance process, during which time there were frequent and repeated requests for information, and much more information required than advertised on their website. Long silences followed by demands for immediate (same day) action. Poor follow-up. Perhaps Hawaii residents would have a better experience. Would not recommend for mainlanders.
