I have purchased a Compaq 610 On dated 12 Aug 2010 from Pioneer infotech 304 Jagat Trade Center, Fraser Road Patna having Product No.WP374 PA#ACJ and S/No. 00801J3.
Sir, after Some day I found some problem in it that is the pre installed games and music not responding and when I shut down the notebook it show that waiting for EXPLORER.EXE playing Logging off Sound and I contacted with my dealer and told him about that but he told that restart the unit it may not come again and again it comes after two days then he told me to contact with the hp customer care (011-30306363).
Sir, when I contacted with the customer care and told them the issue they checked the HDD, Memory, start up Test and told to contact after the test and on contact they also do some setting by Run msconfig and give me a case Id 4621321214 but again after fifteen days same problem occurs and I have to contact with customer care and after hearing the previous case id they again give me a case id 4625390992 and told to format the notebook and to reinstall the OS as they told the process after doing this when I contact again after doing the process they told that the problem might solved but same problem occur after a week and I have again contact with the customer care and told the previous case id and told the problem and they reply that the case is closed and I have to logged a fresh case id and they generate a new case Id 462549912 and they performed different task on the pc and told to install the team viewer and after it they take a remote of the notebook and do some needful after installing the team viewer when I contact them there were another engineers on the chair and they told that this facility is not available with them and they denies to take a remote and they checked the notebook from their different view and told that this is the issue of os and have to format the pc and they guided to format it as he told and keep on observation but they haven’t make any call and mail to me that since no response made from my side the case is closed . but same issue come after a week and I have to contact with them and again they issue a new case id4627775312 told the past history and the task performed by them this time dheeraj verma attended the case and they checked it and told me to mail the COMMAND PROMPT and MSINFO32 to his mail id . I performed to mail it to them but no reply came from their side and again I have to contact with them and as previous they issue a new case id 4628167500 and after hearing the previous history and ask them about dheeraj verma and they told me that he is on leave they told that this is due to OS and have to purchased it from local market because it cover warranty only for three month when I told them that I have already lodged a case within warranty of the notebook and the OS why can’t they replaced it from their end .but they denies to do so and told them if your engineers are not capable to find the original fault how a user find the problem. since I have logged a case after a month of purchased and your engineers tolerated me so many time to find the original problem then why can’t they replaced it .but they denies again and I want to talk with their mender Mr. Paul amal Raj and then I told them the whole issue and about the task performed through their engineers but he only told me to do good for me and see the case and transfer the call to his subordinate to do something they take the remote and mail some drivers to my mail id and told to download it from link and installed it .and again same issue found after a week and this time and when I contacted to them they told me that to visit at SVC .
On dated 3/2 / 2011 I went to 10 wood street Kolkata for needful help and told them about the case they immediately formatted the notebook and do the factory setting and run a diagnostics CD and after 5 hrs they told me that notebook have passed all the test and having no any issue .and I came back with the notebook and after fifteen days again I found same problem and contact with them and told them the previous repair and the result but same reply that your case is closed and they generate a new case id4628569654 and do the same thing as they do earlier that is to run msconfig and to do the selective start up but after a fifteen days I have to face the same problem and again I have to contact with them and told them about the problem and they said that engineers will visit at the site .
On Dated 10/04 /2011 an engineers from malda redington mr ratin ghosh visit at the site and inspected the notebook and format the notebook and reinstall the os and to keep it under observation and after four days when same problem come I have to contact with him before make a call to customer care and they closed the case but same problem occur after five days and when I contact with the engineers they told me that they will visit on 19/04 /2011 .On 19/04 / 2011 when he visit he found the same problem and after then on telephonic conversation between different level engineers he remark that the system board have to replaced and mail COMMAND PROMPT and MSINFO32 to Mr. Sumit.k for his needful and a call received by me that since the system board is not available at Kolkata it have to take time to received from Bangalore on 26/04/2011..
On 26/04/2011 when I received a phone call from malda SVC that the part is received by them and I have to went to SVC I went there for replacement and the replacement done by them at SVC and I took the note book and came at home and try to checked the problem on the process of inspection I found that the data card is not working and the auto play is continuously came up I immediately told the situation to the engineers and they told me to come along with the notebook at SVC and on other day I went to SVC and saw them the problem they try to do but that day they can’t able to do anything and the problem is as it is they replaced the system board thrice and replaced it to checked by another one from their stock as well as from other pc but they not found success and at last they told me to left the notebook at the SVC and on another day they also performed so many task by contacting on the telephonic between different level engineers and at last told me to left the notebook to them unless the problem is solved and they reported it to Kolkata for needful.
One engineers from Kolkata visit at malda to checked it but they also not able to rectifies the problem and took the notebook to Kolkata for further repair and they performed different task in it and they call me and told that a new system board is being ordered by them to rectify the system and on dated 07/05/2011 they make a call to me that my notebook is at SVC malda and I have to received it because it have ok. When I visit to SVC and checked I found same problem is there and I saw it to SVC engineers Ratin and they told me that since this repair done by their senior so they can’t do anything and have to contact with Kolkata but since I at that time proceeding on leave and have my train I received the notebook and told them that I call to Kolkata and after reaching at my home I contacted to the SVC Kolkata 10 Wood street and told them about the problem and they said that the System board high is fitted in it is lower version and they have done setting on the OS to do a work and they have no any other option so they do so when I told them why setting is on it why they replaced higher version they told that since the data card is crash with sound they haven’t any other option but when I told them that the data card is function well in other then what the problem in it my data card is performing good response from other notebook but same is not running in mine so there is problem in my notebook and if they are not able to repaired then whyn’t they replaced it by new notebook they told me since it have a long period of purchased they can’t do it so . I then make a call to my dealer and told them about all the matter of the notebook and the task performed by the engineers and the harassments they given me during the last nine month about the repair and at last I have no any option to do anything.
The engineers have do such a setting that if in future my notebook have to format then no one is able to do the same setting and have to contact with the SVC and the individual engineers sir I have then received a contact no of Mr arnav thakur and make a mail to him and also told them all the matter through my dealer and request him to replaced the notebook by new one and he agree with him and told me to replaced but after when I went to SVC on dated 21/05/2011 and told them that Mr. arnav thakur have told to replacement but they told that they haven’t acknowledge them about the replacement and I again make a call to him and he told that on Monday they mail it to SVC and this time also he haven’t do so when after two days I contacted with them he make a conference call from an engineer’s Rupam halder and they agree for replacement if same problem occur in future and they told that they extended my warranty period to three month and told for the last repair that they replaced the system board by a new one of higher version and I have to received the notebook after the repair.
On 30 /5/2011 Mr. Rupam Halder have make a call and told that there is no any problem they have noticed during the last a week and they have replaced the system board and like to observed it more two days. But again on dated 03/06/2011 when they told that no problem is found in the notebook and I may received it from Kolkata and during a conversation between me, rupam halder and arunava from Kolkata the engineers denies they haven’t do anything on my notebook and they keep it on observation since the SVC had received the notebook. Then I told that to rupam that sorry I can’t received this notebook from the SVC because you the engineers were made the customer puzzle and you haven’t do anything so you may please forwarded for replacement and no other option is there from my side and same thing is being conveyed to mr Arnav thakur the regional sales manager.
Sir, my question is that is this type of service is performed by such a reputed company. and due to such repair they take my case longer and made mentally depressed and gave me puzzle. I have performed the entire task what the engineers told but at last due to the option they told that to replacement I mail it to you that kindly replace it as earlier as possible.
Sir my notebook have kept at svc for observation and repair and after a month at svc they haven't do any thing as i told earlier and as the sales mr arnab thakur told that to take the notebook and use if there is any problem in it you may call to me as per this conversation between us when on dated 21/06/2011 i went to svc kolkatta and received the notebook and found same problem on anotherday and talk to him he told to me to call him latter but when i call him latter he never speak/attend my call today is the third day i always tried to contact to him but he haven't accept my call and i have same problem so i take the clip of the screen as the proof and wrote you as might i should get the replacement.
Sir I am serving at Border Security force and have to perform so many different type of duty on boarder and as well as in rear and having mentally fit for the job and prepared for different type of operation. So have less time to think about this type of problem but due to the engineers I have to mail it to you and do for something.
It is therefore request that after buying this product I expenses too much on phone call and on travel to the SVC and to the dealer. So kindly replaced it as earlier as possible.
