On 11/24//08, my wife and I purchased $ 6, 500.00 worth of furniture and paid in full. THe sales rep, Ronnie Burrell, told us everything was in stock except the headboard and platform for the bed but those pieces would be in in 2 weeks. Since we live 550 miles away, we were very specific with Mr. Burrell that we would need some advance notice before delivery. We were told he would call us in mid December to arrange delivery. He never called so I followed up to arrange delivery and was told everything was ready except the platform and headbord..they hadn't come in yet. I went ahead and arranged delivery for a Monday. However, I was able to get up to the house on Friday and called Saturday morning to see if we could get it delivered. At that time, I was told they were missing 2 of the chairs for the dining room set and they would have to go to Chattanoga, TN to pick them up and Satruday was not an option. After I pushed a little harder...seeing how I had driven 550 miles to meet them, he agreed to substiute 2 side arm chairs to complete the dining room set. When they came out with the furniture everthing was there. Mr. Burrell told me the missing bedroom pieces would be received in a week or so. I am typing this on 04/02/09 and we STILL haven't received the furniture. I have the owner of the furniture store, Mark McClure, involved but still can't get any resolution. I have purchased furniture from many different placess and have never had these kinds of issues. The folks at Hayesville Home Furnishings had NEVER called me..I have always had to call them Once I get this resolved I will never buy another thing from htis company. The same guy owns Stiles Furniture in Hayesville. Mr. Burrell has been dishonest in EVERY conversation adn has continued to tell lies over and over to cover up what is really going on. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I made!!! Buy from a company that will be honest and rying to hide and cover things up...and, whatever you do, don't dela with a furniture salesman names Ronnie Burrell
