This site is a rip off. It took my money then blocked my address. I sent them many tickets and no one replied. Dealt with hotfile, rapidshare and fileserve without trouble. I haven't even downloaded 10GB yet.

I am in the UAE which uses a proxy service so it could have been anyone who abused their service not me. Haven't they heard of cookies? They can know if it's me downloading or anyone else but just to block me and not to answer any tickets, really an outrage. I want a refund since they failed to provide the service I paid for.
