Despite their claim "Our focus on members, not products" their comprehensive car insurance is not comprehensive at all. They misled me to think replacing my windscreen was covered, and when I had it replaced, I had to pay the full bill.
When I took this to their manager, Sandra Taylor, she was rude and abrupt, and told me that it was my fault I wasn't covered, and that I should take my business elsewhere. Which is what I am in the process of doing.
