It has complaint nos. 114080096 and 283080172 regarding not working of BOOTABLE DISK / HARDWARE DISK. I had call in first week of March'08 (2 times) to HCL Computers complaint cell on given telephone no. BUT THERE IS NOT ANY POSITIVE APPROACH towards my complaint, so I am unable to operate my desk top.
