After having tried every single possibility of getting my Desktop fixed, I am now writing to you to bring the problem to your kind notice.
My desktop has not been working properly since more than a month. I have made numerous phone calls and have requested the HCL customer services centre to fix it but there has been a very negligent approach. The engineers have not been able to diagnose the problem with my computer and they have constantly misguided us besides wasting a lot of time and resources.

I first reported the problem on 11 October 2010 and Mr. Ashish came, formatted the machine, took the hard-disc and said is fine, but as soon as he left the computer went blank again. The problem persisted and we kept making endless phone calls at the HCL call center.
Right now the call is being handled by Mr. Sunil Kumar, (who has taken the hard disc this time) and on his numerous visits, he has been trying to locate the exact problem but we still know nothing. It is extremely annoying for me as I extended my AMC with HCL in the hope that I will get a good service.
