We are given the leaptop for servicing on display problem we were total that its a problem related with inventor and once the inventor comes they will rectify, Now they are saying its a problem in the cabling and not in the inventor. Their has already been a delay in service and now they are not able to find the fault and are delaying still further.
A request you to due the real reason for the delay and rectify the problem at the earliest.
