OS problem or booting problem
Respected sir,
We bought the HCL desktop computer on November 2010. Serial NO.A103AB043469. My System is not booting.
And not working. Kindly you can solve this.

AQB charges
I have a salary account with HDFC bank but salary was never credited to that account bcoz of some reasons and now after 6 month they have debited all money as AQB charges without any information. when ever I tried to contact to customer care they have disconnected my call every time.
Please do the needful if posible.

Not sending free gift they promised
Respected Sir
I purchased an HCL Laptop on 10th january 2011, the machine number of which is A101AE332555, while purchasing it was clearly mentioned on the HCL website ad even it was confirmed by the dealer that they will send me a free gift(Reebok jacket) on my postal address I provided to them. But till now they have not sent it, I called them several times, mailed them several times, but there is no positive response from their side, Kindly help me out.

my laptop is creating problems in its LCD.
The LCD of my laptop/notebook blinks many times while working. And every time it loses its contrast and the picture becomes too dull to see. then it has to restart to run properly. From last three days it is creating more trouble. Plz tell me how to set it as much of my college work is pending to do.

They try to cheat me fro my money
I HAVE GIVEN MY MONITOR to hcl srvice center and he gave it to unauthorized person for correction and that guy corrupted my monitor and when asked him he told that now you will have to pay for all these damage ..the cost is rs. 3000.but earlier it was only rs.500.i have given my monitor since 2 months.he wants to Cheat me...

What is the point spending so much money on such a "high end" product
We bought a Bean Stalk recently, the 1st problem started in less than a month, when the mouse stopped working properly (wireless you see!!), well firstly it was tried to fix the same one, but finally was replaced. Within few days, the keyboard (wireless too!!) passed away, with few of its keys not working properly. Next the computer stopped working, just one fine day, it decided not to work (this time, all wired!!). They said some voltage problem had caused the harm, good, all our fault!! (Though my last PC, a Wipro make, lasted for more than 4 years, at the same voltage.) Its still not over, within a few days, the "MOTHERBOARD" got burnt, (great!!), got it repaired. Thought finally we have what we bought. But Noooooooo.., the motherboard got burnt againnnnnnn!!! Can anybody tell us, what is the point spending so much money on such a "high end" product, and when we have already done this foolishness, what is the solution now?

I made the mistake of buying a HCL machine
I made the mistake of buying a HCL machine. Little did I know that they have a non-existent service policy despite teh machine being under warranty. I have had a series of problems with the machine (bought from Comp-Mart India P Ltd, SG-012, Galleria, DLF City Ph IV, Gurgaon 122002 in April 2007). Everytime I ask for a service engineer to be sent home to attend to the problem, I get a pack of lies about people not available, perople on leave etc. I have tried calling HCL directly many times, but to no avail. They keep redirecting me back to the dealer from whom I purchased the machine. The latest problem in the machine is - the sound card does not work at all. I have been trying for the past week to get somebody to my place and waste time every day following up. HCL ahs taken me for a solid RIDE.

No support from the dealer as well as HCl peoples
1-System not booting.
2-19"TFT wide screen has been replaced by 19" square shaped TFT.
3- No support from the Dealer as well as HCl peoples.

From the date of purchase the system had several performance issues
I ve purchased the computer on 3rd of June and from the date of purchased the sysytem had seviere performance issues and its speed is very very sluggish when compared to the other same model with same configuration.I ve requested many times, made calls many times and inturn i was badly replied by the HCL store and service department peoples and no satisfactory service or repair has been done till date, and i m facing problems regarding loss of time and work.
Well i ve requested them to replace my machine but they didnt do that either, now what should i do, the system is surely affected by sum pre-existing operating system problems and they all know it very well and it seems that alls being done intentionaly with me-the customer!
Need help and want to raise voice against this stupidity in product selling and duping innocent customers.
