I am having the HCl K-21 laptop, unfortunately it fell down and broke down, so have made an order through order no. 1685 on dated 24/7/09 at HCl authorized service centre, SCO 2453-54, Sector-22C, Chandigarh. And even i had made a payment og Rs. 2000/- as an advance through receipt no. 1685/24/07/09 to Mr. Arvinder .At that time Mr. Arvinder assured me that it will take hardly 0ne week. But already it took one month now and even they are not picking my phone also. Even I called your customer care at no. 18601800425 on dated 24/8/09 at 11.21 am.
When i contacted the person at Sector 22 chandigarh Mr. Arvinder singh then he told me to take your money back etc...So finally i decided to seek the help from consumer court.
