Do not answer your phone if this company calls. Even answering your phone is dangerous. They got a recording of my husband answering his phone with "yeah" while at work, and all they did was paste that little recording throughout their version of a recording where he is accepting their product.

If you call and complain, they refund you for the month in which you call, but nothing else. They use their "recordings" to trap people into having money automatically withdrawn from their bank accounts, and then refuse to refund them because they have "recordings" of you accepting their service.

We have gone through our bank to try getting our money back, but they absolutely refuse to do anything, so now we are $300 in debt due to overdraft charges and bank fees for them going after this company. They called, and informed me I was referred to them as a preferred custom by one of their affiliates, and said I would receive all the information in the mail about their business,and I would be receiving 40.00 worth of free gas. They informed me, once I received the package to review it, and if I like it, I had 30 days to keep it or cancel it. I never received a package in the mail, but do online checking and see this company has charged my account 9.95. I was not even informed who gave them my credit card numbers. What can I do now. I need this stopped, and my money returned. Please tell me what I need to do. I will contact my bank tomorrow.

I went on line to check my bank statement and there was a 9.95 charge to hcpgold.com on 09/19/07 that was not done by me or my husband do not know who hcpgold.com is and how they got my bank card account number. I want it removed from my account as soon as possible. Anyone suggest.
