Beware this company is a scam,

I purchased an Olympus Camera from these thieves for my sons birthday, since I was ordering a little late I chose to have the product shipped two day in order to receive it in time, I was told repeatedly by the company that the unit would ship on time which it did not, I called each day for three days after ordering to see if the camera had shipped but was told that it had not, on the third day I told the person on the phone that I wanted to cancel my order since it did not ship, I was told this was not possible because the order was in " Processing", she told me she would upgrade the order to overnight shipping in order for me to get the package by my sons birthday, I agreed only to learn the following day that the product had not shipped and my son would not have his birthday present. I immediately cancelled the order on the phone and was told that the order was cancelled and that my credit card was reimbursed.
I purchased the camera locally that day for my son and two days later I received an email from HD Cameraworld that my camera order (which I had cancelled) had shipped. I immediately called the companya nd thats when I spoke to there biggest thief in customer service (what a joke) who goes by the name of Frank. Frank told me that I was lying and that I did not cancel the order, in addition he told me to return the one I purchased locally and keep his. Frank is an arrogant New York Punk, he told me I could refuse the shipment but of course if I did that there are no guarantees that I would get my money back. The shipment was left on my porch as I was not home. I told Frank that I checked with UPS the day they said the shipment left his building and they had not picked it up yet, plenty of time to intercept the shipment, I ship with UPS and this is very easy to do right online, Frank however thinking I am stupid insisted this was not possible.
I have the package now and have not opened it, I am going to turn him into our local troubleshooter to see if we can get the refund. Unforunately I was stupid enough to not my homework on this company prior to purchasing. They even charged my credit card a week prior to shipping the product which to my knowledge is illegal.
Do not do business tith this outfit at all cost.
