I have ordered a panasonic DMC TZ5 at HD world camera, and receive an order confirmation by mail. I also ask for a 3 day UPS shipping. At the bottom of the order confirmation, HD world camera ask you to confirm your order...??? So I call them a first time...

At this point they tried everything to upsale to sell me an extra battery an a memory card. They said that the battery will last only for 20 mn... and they have one for 5 hours... I precise that I don't want any upsale and they hang up. So I call them back, and they tell me that my order has be send.

The day after I call them back because I still not have a tacking number. At this point I stay 15 mn to wait... and have the same guy... who now telling me that the camera doesn't come with battery and a charger!!! I think that Panasonic never will send you a camera without a battery an a charger!!!

So I explain him that I just want my order... He response that I have to wait 2 weeks (I ask for a 3 days delivry). At this point I tell that I will go to complain at the police station... and he response that, I don't know who he is, and he know where I living and have my full adress!!! What an interesting customer service!!! So I tell him that will go to the police and he reply that he will cancel my order... What he did!!!

Very interesting company!!!

So now I will go now to the police with all my printed screen...
