I ordered a extended battery pack for my iPhone 3G and when it finally arrived (after a very, very, long wait), it didn't work. The message on my phone was that it was incompatible. I immediately contacted HDAccessory.com and they wanted photos of the error message. Then they wanted me to ship the product back to them for testing, at my expense. So, now I have paid to ship this item twice. Guess what? They said the product was fine, so I could either have it back (shipped at my expense for a 3rd time), or have a refund. I, of course opted for a refund, and then I never heard from them again. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal and after quite a long while, was able to get a refund of the original cost of the product. Of course, I was still out for shipping it twice, which they didn't care one bit about.
I read the reviews AFTER I made my order and prayed they were not accurate. Unfortunately, they were. This company is horrible and should be shut down. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
