He also will claim your area is larger than it is, he claimed we had 1100 sqft when we only had 864sqft (including waste).

Do not fall for his pity speech of being a struggling small business owner trying to make a living. If he was honest he would not be struggling, his customers would be referring him and he wouldn't have to write his own homestars reviews.
