I Ravikumar R Patil, cc no 4050285000296028 have been sactioned loan of 40000 at the rate of int .80% on just phone no914439191601 recd from ur side ie u approached me & not I. there was complaint of bounce of ch which was settled after my complaint last time assuring me fare service in future but with great regreat I mentoin very poor and dishonourable behaviour on ur side. A lady talking on phone from Pune(020 41400000) asking me to pay this months inst whereas I have already paid it on 13.5.2011 throu adv ch then after confirming she asked me Rs 1500 more as a penalty till today for delay in payment where as I am regularly paying it after assurance from ur side that no penalty will be leived on me. I was ready to pay adv post dt ch at the begining only but I was told that there is no such facility available wt u where it was available with u as I have paid my inst till August 2011 in Aaditya services at Sangli on 13.5.2011. Unfortunately there is communication gap bet u & Aaditya services otherwise I wont have recd phone from ur pune off. I am again hurt by ur such treatment. Now I have prepared my mind to withdraw all my family A/Cs in ur bank and willnt have any relation with ur bank. Hope u will waive all my penalty and allow me to complete all my pending loan inst in future & hope positive response from u. Thanks
