Issued with the Salaried Account.
Hi ,
Myself Akhil N. Gupta having a Salaried Account in HDFC bank .
I have received an Letter Dated on :- 18th Dec 2007, from your bank stating that my salaried a/c has been suspended due to irregular payment of Credit Card .
Also you had mentioned that Extent of ‘ HOLD on FUNDS ‘: - 9674 Rs/- which I have to pay.
And within 7 days from the date you receive this notice failing which the balance outstanding on 02nd Jan 2007 on your captioned card account or the balance available in your captioned HDFC Bank a/c shall be debited.
Now note these points.
1. I had received this letter on 29th Dec 2007 in the afternoon also I had the proof because your bank envelope has motioned the date on it which states:-29th Dec 2007.
This means you are not ready to give the time.
So for your kind information, on 31st Dec 2007 I have approached your Ghatkopar Branch where I had a discussion with a Lady whose name was Ms Ritu.
Where she had called up at your “ Chandivali Branch” at Andheri and I had an telephonic discussion with HDFC Bank Collection Officer “ Ms Shruti” .She told me to bring whatever proof you had for your Credit Card in which I had problem in terms of “ Late Fees Charges, Payment debited to some other account ” four years back which where put up By HDFC Bank in my statement .For this same thing I made atleast 20 -25 phone calls to your customer service department but for no help ,no one use to listen to me.
Ms Shruti has given me the contact number and she had told me to call on 03rd Jan 2008 and bring all the statement for that credit card.
So I request you to wait till 03rd Jan 2008 and let me show her the entire document.
Please do not debit my account because my Cheque for the MBA fees and Housing Loan has been dishonoured I required money urgently.
2. Since four year’s HDFC bank is committing mistake as the Letter which Bank has forwarded to me mentioned the date as “ 02nd Jan 2007 “ instead of “ 02nd Jan 2008 “
So you cannot debit the amount from my account as the date has been mentioned wrongly
In the letter.
If Debited by your bank before 03rd Jan 2008 then I promises you that I had got the number of Government Grievances Cell for Credit Card Division.
I am already prepared for the worst, just want your bank to be prepared for the same.
If possible, please reply this mail and give me the assurance that some one from HDFC Bank is listening.

This was the mail that i had written to HDFC Bank Customer Service on date:-01st Jan 2008.
But not recived any reply from the bank till now.also bank has debited the amount from my account.
So i request everybody who ever read this message and also who has an account with this bank to be carefull as HDFC bank doesn't care for there customer.And without intimation HDFC bank can do any thing as they wish to do.

Misuse of net banking
I am using net banking facility with HDFC bank and without my knowledge there was a transaction and a lumpsum amout had been debited to someother account. i reporterd to the bank immediately and the response was very very worst. they dont care about my lose of money and their answer is not at all satisfying me. i did not get my money back and dont know when i would get it.

Bad treatment to consumer, side-effects
HDFC Bank will lose its market Cap starting March end 2008. Due to their poor commitment and services to cnsumers, Grievance Redressal for Escalation of Complaint has registered highest number of complaints till date. Investors will take this opportunity to pool their funds into Nationalized Banks focusing on microbanking.

YET NOT RECD SAVING A/C KIT (CHQ.BK & DEBIT CARD)
I HAD OPEN SAVING ACCOUNT ON 28/8/2007 BUT NOT YET RECEIVED SAVING KIT.
NOT ONLY I HAD CONTACT BRANCH GOREGAON (EAST)(ENQUIRY COUNTER AND ALSO A BRANCH MANAGER MR.MANOJ RANE) AND ALSO EMAIL TO HDFCHELPDESK BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE SO WHAT TO DO NEXT? I HAD DEPOSITED RS.5200/-AT THE TIME OF OPENING THE ACCOUNT. PLEASE HELP ME.

Loan Processing - Poorest service than anyother bank
I have applied for Loans in HDFC bank , I have got a Very clear banking histiry for last 5 years .appreciating that bank executive from G.N chetty road agree to disburse my Loan in 4 working days . Then only i came to know, They dont know what documents are required and what is the process to get a Loan sanctioned . They jus look for application
for following two reasons
1.COMMISSION
2.TARGET FOR THAT MONTH
Every one goes to personal loan with emergency needs , but they give commitment for jus commision and then manage that and prolong and when ever they can process they try to force the customer to take the Loan. I logged a complaint against this service and cancelled the Loan , But no reply from Bank . better check about the executives before you process the Loan

Threatening
Getting calls from bangalore by the name of nitin that they are going to mess up with the settlement case so severely that u will be in my trap. The calls are made momentary and at any time of work which is disturbing my family and time consuming. This is definitely affecting my family mental patience and torture. The mental torture caused by them is severe and disturbing my family constantly. Under impulsion if i am forced to make any pressured attack on myself, the concerned authorities will be responsible.

Fake credit card
Hi,
I never requested for any credit card with HSBC bank. I was never asked for any confirmation to make a credit card in my name. And all of a sudden, I got billed for using HSBC credit card which never reached me and about which I never knew if it existed in my name. I called customer care to deactivate the card that was created in my name but they never responded positively. They do not even listen to the complete information... they just cut the phone in the middle of the conversation. This is highly irritating.
I think these guys should be punished heavily for such frauds and harassing people. Do you think I can sue HSBC bank for this?

Worst Banking with HDFC
Worst services… do not be HDFC customer. They chit customers. Worst banking… on last month 29th October I loss my card due to machine felt. 100time I contact I am without my card yet… I don’t know where my card is. NO REPLY FROM ANY WHERE.
Branch where I loss my card they don’t know any thing... Branch where my account they have no time to talk with customer. Just they round hear to there...
I think we need to give medal them for worst services...
On 29th October 2007 I loss my card on Nadiad branch ATM
On 30th October 2007 I was contact branch nadiad branch employee not give replay then I meet manager he told me they sand my card to my branch if your branch mail us…
On same day I contact bodakdev branch in amhedabad where my account is.
One aging employ not give any reply.. just do hear to there. I meet manager.. He told one employee to mail at nadiad branch. That time I was give them written application.
They told me they contact me when they received. I am sure that employ not mail to nadiad branch. Next time when I contact them they told me block that card and take new card (why??? They charged me for new card)
Then I make complain online in HDFC BANK
GR8 I get reply... but how??? It auto reply...
Then I call to Customer care... they note complain and give me one number...
They told me I will received my card in 2 day
Today 6th October 2007 I am without my card and my all money with this worst bank
Just one request to all of you... do not go with HDFC Bank!

Reversal of amount lost due to stolen debit card
I have lost an amount of Rs.50000 as my Debit card was stolen on 30-Oct-2007 and was swiped in a jewelery shop (Amantran Jewellers, Sector 16, Nerul). I have reported the complaint both to the police (Rabale police stn as well as to the HDFC bank, Powai). I have also submitted all the documents required by the bank (Photocopy of FIR report, Indemnity form, handwritten complaint letter, 2 other forms provided by the bank). As per the insurance policy and banks assurance, also mentioned on the Indemnity form, the lost amount should be reversed back to my account after the reporting and submission of required documents to the bank. However, it has not been done so and I am unable to receive cooperation from the bank as well as the police.

Credit Card related
Dear Sir,
My A/c No.8301050004040, Credit card no-5176351003943309
I have got a credit card just one week before & then suddenly i got a sms to destroy my card,immediately when i contacted the customer care i was told to ignore the message.One day later when i again Contacted the customer care i was told to destroy my card.
Now if any transaction happen with my card without my consent what shall i do?
