saccount statements
I have a platinum plus crdit card and did try to login at my registered Id and passwords b to see the account imformation but failed each time did try to registere of to generate new password but failed call on phone banking as well as visit to nearest branch of HDFC but problem not solved.

Harrasment
I had a cedit card (No.4346771003940674) issued by HDFC Bank and I used it for some time. Thereafter, I paid the full amount of Rs20, 000/ due to self on 16th Dec'07 through ATM (Ref.No. 00005374). I have changed my residence in the year 2005 (Aug)and informed one and all about the same. HDFC Credit Card division called me and I informed them about the same and faxed them the changed address way back immediately after shifting as I did for all other important financial obligations addresses. They again called me and again I informed them about the changed address. Unfortunately they have not sent a single statement till date in my current residence address. On the contrary they have been calling me once in a blue moon and demanding balance money due to me against the Credit Card use.
I must mention that I had paid the full balance due to me on 16th dec'07 and much before that I had stopped using their credit card. Instead of providing me with the statement they keep on calling me once in 6-8 months and threaten me of blacklisting my name. They have successfully done so by posting my name in cibil.
I need a justification for this act from a reputed name in the banking sector. I also request that my name should be withdrawn from list of defaulters in cibil.

Account settled, not received NOC!HDFC
Dear Sir,
My name is Monika /removed/ was holding credit card No./removed/ in year 2004. I have made the settlement on 28th August 2007 and was given a settlement letter from HDFC bank.However today, since I had to apply for a loan due to personal reasons, I have been informed that HDFC has put my records as defaulter.
May you please help me out and further investigate on the matter and let me know whether the bank has settled my account. Although I have called HDFC billing department at 43161511- who were very rude and refused to provide me with any further details. Although they did told me that my account has been settled but they will check further if any pending is still due and if the amount is due I will have to pay them more.
I am getting really mentally upset as the settlement was made on mutual agreement from Bank and me. Hence the question of paying more would be become rather unjustified. I would earnestly request you if you could help me out to avail NOC from HDFC bank .

regarding payment
I sourabh mishra take credit card from hdfc bank my complain is this due to job loss i unable to pay payment of one month i am told the bank lady i want to pay the payment but not this time they told me i am going your home and talk to your father and mother and father, mother & your property will we seald if you not doing a payment, i am not saying that i am not doing a payment but they have told me you have arrange the payment with in two days other wise i will talk to your parents

hdfc cheated with me
Hi,
this is my another complaint against hdfc bank credit card division. I request you to please refund my amount of 21000 immediately, which you have debited from my new salary account towards credit card number 4346 7811 0163 0598. As it is very urgent for me i am jobless and has to take care of my mother as she is suffering from cyst, sinus and hyperthyroid. its very urgent for me to get my amount back. its a matter of life for me and for my family.
I can see hdfc is doing same thing others also. Accept this its bank fault. they have never listened to me. when i was there to me settlement and finally they have placed hold my account debited all the funds in it.
The amount has been debited from my savings account to their credit card account without any prior intimation to me. Please help me to recover my money as i dont have anything with me except for that money. Also help me to get a fair settlement and compensation from the bank for the trauma i have gone thru because of no money in my account.
If my mother's health and condition got affected because of this issue, HUMAN RIGHTS, I ll have to report to HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, RBI & I ll have to give add in DAILY NEWS PAPER regarding this issue.

waiting for credit card
Hello,
Its a very painfull and biggest mistake to apply HDFC credit card. After spending almost 1 month, i am still waiting for my stuff.
My name is himanshu naudiyal and i am working in a BPO. i started my life 2 years back. Iwanted a good bank credit credit but my salary was not so handsome. after spending 2 years, now my salary is little good.
I applied for HDFC credit card on 11th Aug 2010 with ref. #10080412535070N1. i am keep calling to HDFC coustmer care but they guys saying only 1 thing "I'LL GET MY CARD WITHIN 2 DAYS..3 DAYS..2 DAYS.. 4 DAYS.." and blue dart guys.. not ready to help... saying that we tried to delivered but you are shifted to other place.
i think .. you guys are making my fool. i belong to dehradun ..i wanna go to my home town but just because of this bloody credit card..i can'nt go home.
Please...please please... Help me out.. i dnt wanna say that cancel my credit card.. because I WANT MY CREDIT CARD.

CHEETING
DEAR SIR,
My name is M.VETRIVELAN. My HDFC credit card number is 434772002462082. I have salary account in HDFC. I got settlement letter for RS.10600 for my HDFC credit card payment, due to my financial situation.But without my cheques & cheque numbers, HDFC have given the cheque numbers on their own in the settlement letter. HDFC person came & collected First two month dues from the settlement. After that he did not come. His contact number was switched off. But i am keep trying. From(30/7/10) the last twenty Five days i am trying for the call back, settlement, spoken to Miss.Prabavathi, Mr.Sanjay, Mr.Prabhu of HDFC, Chennai CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT(daily calling them through phone). But i did not get the settlement letter again. "Based on my july month salary RS.29423, i have arranged angioplasty surgery for my mother. But HDFC debited my salary amount RS.29423.42 without informing me from my salary account. So the surgery has been postponed on 30/8/10. She is in ICCU now. I need my amount urgently for the sugery". NOW ALSO I AM READY FOR THE SETTLEMENT. My cell no-9840140419, 9003109573. Kindly credit my amount Rs.29423.42 Immediately.
If the surgery affected because of this issue, Being a MEMBER of HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, I ll have to report to HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, RBI & I ll have to give add in DAILY NEWS PAPER regarding this issue. Harassment
Dear HDFC Credit Card Complaints Manager,
I am writing you this mail for some action to be taken from your side. If you can't then please let me know, i'll take some legal action.
My name is Rashmi Sharma and i am holding a Credit card of HDFC from past 3 -4 years now. No late payments or defaults had happened on my card since day 1. But still, your people keep on harrasing me using abusive and filthy language for me and my family . This is happening from past 7-8 months. I have given several complaints to your deptt. but no action has been taken from your side.
Rather, i dont know, why your collection deptt. is calling me. They are calling me for the overdue payment on the card of my brother Mr. Raju Dhiman. First of all, no data has been provided to your Delhi deptt. that i am his sister. They have taken it out from their own data base. No where, it is mentioned in the legal papers that in case of delay in payments by my brother- ur people can call me and harass me. I am receiving these calls from 011- 41514332 and same series nos.
Once due to high fever, when i told the lady that she should not call me as i am not well, on that she asked for my parents number.
On being told that i would not like someone to call up my parents and use filthy language as he is a high BP patient- she said-" tera kya sara khandaan bimaroon ka hai, number de apne baap ka, dekh aaj to mein use hospital bhej ke rahoongi. tab tere bhai ko akal aayegi, sala harami, ... apne apko kya samjhta hai...wo nhi to uska baap aur sali maa sahi...inhi sale haramiyon ne usko paida kiya hai. Aur tu sali ...kutiya ...etc. ...uski behen hai, to aur zyada bhugtegi"
I was really shocked to hear such an abusive language from the mouth of a lady and that too from such abig organization as HDFC.
The same people are calling me again and again and using the same filthy and abusive language even after launching several complaints in your customer care deptt. I received a call today also. And always on the due date for the payment of my brother's card, i am receiving such calls. Am i responsible for the same?
Now, please suggets me what should i do? Should i go to the legal authorities and logged a complaint for mental harrasment against you guys.
I dont want to receive such calls in the near future and if it happens then seriously, i have to take some legal action against you guys. Its very easy to locate your collection center by a phone number, the center from which i am receiving the calls.

Harrashing by calling again & again and also threatning me by HDFC recovery agent
This is to inform you that I am holding a HDFC credit card for the last 4 years.
Recivery agents of HDFC Bank Kolkata (contact no : 03344053628 & 03366223800 & 03366223700) is threatening me repeatedly and he is behaving very rudely.He is using different rough language & entertaining in personal things.
Also he is calling to my office boss, neighbours even more than 20 times per day so that i am afraid of loosing my job. He is not telling his name also.
I have also informed HDFC Bank customer care through email and phone..But still there is no result atall..
I would like to request you to kindly do the needful so that i can get rid of these embarrasing situation.

Harrasement by Collection Executive
Dear Sir,
My name is Ashish Singhania and was a credit card holder with HDFC bank (card No. 5176 5210 0338 0617). There has been a dispute going on with the bank since 2007 for over promising, no customer service, debiting account purchase which are not made my me, putting wrong bank charges and pushing a good customer towards defaulting stage. I had logged a compaint about the same with the bank officials but there was no response to any of my grienvance. hence, I stopped making payments.
After a year when i received a collection call, i had reminded them for faults made by bank employees and lack of coordination with customer. After due discussion with abnk official, we agreed for a settlement amount which Bank official promised to collect with from me and handover settlement letter. Suprisingly, again bank officail failed to collect the payment and this happened couple of time.
During this transactions, i felt that bank officials never wanted to settle the claim but kept pushing me towards defaulter list and intended to collect big money along with interest for no fault of mine. whenever i have received a call from bank, I always cooperated with them and tried to settle the account but bank offcial never acted upon the promises they made.
Recently, I have started getting threatening calls from a lady named, Miss. Priya who quoated herself to be hadfc employee, kanjurmarg, mumbai office - tel no. 022-65149567. She has made more than 100 calls in 5 hours on 10th May 2010 to my office number and started jeopardysing my image and started harrasing me. She not only made calls to me but also to different people in the company and started disclosing my financial information to other and created an embarrassing environment for me. I was also threatend that if I do not make 100% payment without any discussion, then calls will be on forever to my company numbers. This is been a big mental harrsement and preasure like someone is threatening to pay else your image in professional & social community will be ruined.
I believe every bank is regulated by Indian goverment and has legal process to deal with any dispute with the customer. Not everytime, customers are at fault, even banks officail may make faults. if a customer is trying to highlight banks's mistake, should a customer face such agony and receive threatening calls. Should a bank employee reveal financial informaiton to people unrelated to the customer. Does bank have right to receover money from disputed case by harrassing & threatening their customers...
Kindly help me in this regard, as the lady is frantically disturbing my social image and creating mental presure rather than finding a solution to the dispute. I also request that bank should appoint a sensible perosn to understand customer grievance and find a win win solution to the dispute instead of disturbing social peace of their customers.
