Lazzy attitute and customer handling
Dear Team Am Balaji. Applied for a personal loan at your bank. Currnetly having homeloan also with HDFC. I approached for the want of personal loan with HDFC. Ms. Priya from chennai - 09952041532 called me multiple times and followed up for collecting the documents. Once after collecting the documentation from me during last week of April'11 there was no updates given to me. Am keep following up with the above mentioned numbers as well as one of the out sourced agent Mr. Suresh Babu ( who had visited my premises and collected all relevant documents) - 09710939959. But I did not get any sort of responses from HDFC...Am really surprised and worried for such sort of customer handling that too from HDFC. Am being a good customer having good track record with my previous loans, need to understand the feed back on my personal loan...My loan Ref. No. through SMS is 18854462.

Unethical conduct and rude behaviour by HDFC homeloan executive
Hi all,
Recently I had approached for home loan with HDFC Ltd. A customer care executive by name Basavaraj Hiremath (Mobile Number: 994564006 )from HDFC contacted me for submitting the documents etc.. Till I submit all the documents he was very smooth during his talks. He gives many false promises before submission of the documents. He tells he will get in touch till the end of loan disbursement, loan take over if any etc... But Once I submitted the documents he was least bothered about my application status. He said I will get to know the status before him.
Also this guy demands for money citing various reasons like franking for the documents to be done, estamp has to be purchases through DD only (Infact we can purchase estamp directly through cash).
I found him such a dangerous guy and after few days I stopped all transactions with him and I directly approached HDFC officers for loan procedures.
Keep away from this guy and becareful for your dealings.
