Credit Card Policy Activated Without Intimation
Its been very unfortunate for me to experience such a worst scenario from a big firm like HDFC. I am very found of this bank but since i have opt for the Gold credit card its been nightmare for me. I have been told that u not need to pay anything extra apart from its annual rental. But few months back i got a message that your amount of 1600 something is being dispatched to your address. I called to customer care and they mentioned me a shocking thing. According to that i have acivated a policy on that.
I am totally aware of that thing that i didn't do any sort of thing. For that i have already drop a wriiten complain in the sahar road branch for no avail. Now please some one believe me and dont let HDFC image distroyed in their loyal customers. Now they have blocked my card, i have tried 4 times to customer care but no one listing to me. Please help me out as i did not activate any sort of policy. I am still ready to pay as decided, annual rent (200) not other.
So HELP!!!

FALSE AND ILLEGAL SOLICITATION
This bank has the smart way of providing false information on its NRO/NRE Account operation to the customers and lure into its trap of horrible business processes. The don't have any experience in handling NRI Accounts and they are not registered with American banking network. They cannot even call any of the banks located in USA for even a small customer verification.
Their employees are half cooked and having never care attitude.
The customer service will provide only the evasive or irrelevant answers to the questions asked. They will spoil our time, effort and ulimately any business plan. They need to be banned from soliciting any business from customer situated outside india. THE WORST BANK to think of NRI services

BEWARE OF HDFC . Don't get trapped into them on initial false infromation.
IT IS A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH HDFC. THEY PROVIDE FALS INFORMATION BEFORE OPENING THE ACCOUNT AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY LEGAL AUTHORIZATION IN USA TO CHANNEL WITH ANY OF THE BANKER IN USA.
THE NRI TEAM, THE BRANCH PEOPLE DONT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ON NRI ACCOUNT. ALWAYS PUSH THE BALL TO ANOTHER TEAM. NEVER TRIES TO PROVIDE THE SOLUTION AFTER THE ACCOUNT IS OPENED. CUSTOMER IS LEFT TO OPTION OF EITHER CLOSING THE ACCOUNT OR INITIATING LEGAL ACTION. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.
It is a worst banking experience I ever had in my life time.

hi,
i am a titanium card holder. my card no is 5389455001867685. I have not paid my credit card bills from the last 2 months due to some very severe personal health problems. I will pay the bill by 1st of next month (1st June 2011) positively.
Inspite of my repeated request your employee has been disturbing and abusing me(using very vulgar words) from the Delhi numbers 66219091, 66137601 and 45315300. The same executive calls me 6/7 times a day and humiliate me. This is an absolute case of defamation and unprofessional behaviour which i dont expect from a bank like HDFC.
I cannot take this shit anymore. Please take my card back. I will pay my dues and close it asap. Else i will have to inform the police about this severe issue.
You guys have issued my credit card even without my consent (i havent asked for an upgrade to a titanium card, one fine morning i receive the titanium card in packet saying that my card has been upgraded)and i have been using it for more than a year. I have paid the dues on time in the past.
I demand a reply why your inexperience executive is using slangs and abusing your customers. I was an HDFC salary account holder and i will definately go to the police and higher authorities if you continue with this unprofessional behaviour.

Not receiving My Email
I am not receiving my emails after 31-March 2011. The inbox folder showing that it has received 317 emails but i am not able to see that emails in the message box. Please help me because it is very very urgent.

my name is prashant choubey and i have opened my savings and demat acc. with HDFC securites and i do trading on 16 march 2011 i sold 790 shares of fame india in margin but due to seller shortage my 790 shares went for auction i did this transiction through phone and the agent who sold these shares for me i asked him that if i will not be able to square up the order then what will happen he simple said that in that case sir the maximum penality you will have to pay of Rs 2000 so as
per the confarmation given by the agent i did the transiction but then on 18 they debited my acc. for Rs11725 then unneccesarly without giving any intemation then on 21 st march 2011 they called me regarding the same issue and now they are asking me to pay 10000 rupees more as penalty two ladies miss.deepa matharu and reshma they both used to give me a call and they told me to deposite 10000 rupees then i told them to check the call details as per the agent who sold 790 shares of fame india for me on 16 march he said that maximum loss which can happen is Rs 2000 but now the HDFE securites are telling me to pay more then 23000 rupees .
And these two ladies miss. deepa and reshma they dont even know that how to talk with customers their behaviour is like a illitrate i am really sorry to use these words but if the HDFC is having such people in there organisation then i sware that i will never ever recomed anybody in my life to use hdfc services even i have marked a mail to my company also regarding the same issue and i request you to kindly interfere in this matter and do the needfull.

Fraud
Our CSE team is being cheated by our team leader and senior sales officer. The list shown to us and 126 register entries are totally different. We have customers in hand but can not cash them because we do not trust both the person mentioned above, they put their code on the accounts given by us. No one is there to guide us and if we complaint it to SM Nipun then our job goes in danger and they will harass us. Please help us.

Wrong Comittments
I booked 2 different FD's with phone banking on 5th Feb2011 with two different amount and tenure. I was shocked when i received my documents on 26th Feb 2011, as the amounts for both the FD's were interchanged and even the rate of interest committed was wrong. I have been calling phone banking now and they keep on transferring calls to one another. They even refused to give me the complaint number on 26th and on 28th when i pushed them then i received a complaint number which is DEL355036. I have been dealing with HDFC for a long time but this is something which is not acceptable at all, i am not at all happy with the services and spl. the phone banking staff (Ravi Tiwari, Kriti, Sanjeev, Ashima), these people can seriously take your breath away.
Even after all goof-up with due respect, i would like to request HDFC concern officials to do the needful.
