Rude behaviour of customer care representative
I am a MAX account holder of HDFC bank faridabad branch and was thinking to apply for a credit card since so many days. On feb 18th I got a call from the bank and the guy named Akash from +911165545780 gave me the details. As I was quite busy I asked him to call me next day. The very next day he called me saying that I'll have to pay an annual fee of Rs 299. I refused the offer as Standard Chartered was giving me totally foc. Despite my again and again decline, he was irritating me again and again by asking me to talk to his officer and his colleague. At last he said they have to complete their targets for the month and its a minor amount for a credit card. By this time the tone of this person was very rude and he started abusing me. Being a max account holder I do not expect this kind of behaviour from the bank. I want an apology from the bank for such an indecent behaviour. My request to the bank would be to improve their hiring process as this is hampering bank's image.

Sales person offers lifetime free card but cheated.
I am Shibu I got an HDFC Platinum Credit card recently since the sales person assured that I will get a lifetime free credit card and there by no annual fee.But when I received the card I just called customer care and they mentioned that this card is not lifetime free card and there will be an annual fee of Rs 400 for this card.I am going to cancel this card now.HDFC guys are cheating other please never apply for HDFC credit card.

Abusive behaviour
Sir,

I had HDFC Credit card number ************2531.
I have already paid the settlement payment on 31st Oct 2008 by cheque. After 2 years of this settelement, the HDFC bank executive Mr Anoop, has called me for the payment. He calls at my work place, use abusive language for me, my collegues and other staff members at my work place.
Some other person visited my home and threatened my children also.
Upon informing them that I have already paid the settlement amount, HDFC person says that the amount paid is not enough and you will have to pay much more money and the HDFC person also says that he knows how to get money .

Mr Anoop calls everyday and use abusive language to threaten me and my family members.

process abuses in loan application processing
Dear Sir,

My self Ajay Panicker, Managing Director of M/s Mecit Infotech Pvt Ltd. I have applied for LAP/ Business Loan to HDFC bank through your branch in Cheppad, Alappuzha district, Kerala where one Mr. Ramachandran (Mobile 9387890299) is the branch Manager and One Mr. Sajulan (Mob : 9349009333 and 9846302468) has collected complete documents and filled application on 7th Decemebr 2010 but till now I did not hear any confirmed/ definite feedback from them. Hence Today (22nd January 2011) have asked to stop their process and return the document.

Account Transfer
I tried to transfer my account from bangalore to mumbai ... as i no longer visit bangalore for any perpose... till today i have tried many times to contact the manager and always the same reply got from the email that i have to visit the branch... even now I have removed all my money from that account and after 1 year still the bank sends me my account statement as zero balance...

EXCESS PROCESSING FEES
Dear Sir,
I have applied 20L home loan and I was sanctioned 17.4L appox, My builder paid processing for sanctioned amount BM Koperkhairene Navi Mumbai HDFC charged another 1533.00, which is no way justified, she was adviced the sales dept, you cannot charge this excess fee, but she donot listen.
Now I requested BM to forward my case to Next authority, she donot respond my mails. This not expected from BM, sure employess under him also do this.I put a complaiint in my account page but I have recived no response after 1 week.I experience in HDFC may be one of bad with Branch.

HDFC Not providing transparency on Loan account transactions and payment details
Hi Team,

As you can see from the below emails, I suspect HDFC is unduly extending tenure of the loan and not accounting pre-payment amount properly. There has been no response from the team, despite several reminders. All the communication are seen below. HDFC's pathetic service is known. However as an existing customer, I need details of how and what changes has been made to the Balance Due and Tenure, when payments and prepayment was made.

went in for 12 years as tenure.
The current tenure of 161 months, seems surprising.

ABOUT MODE OF PAYMENT
on 3rd december about 4.20p.m I am going to hdfc office (jeevandeep buildings middelton square.kolkata, Westbengal)to submit my PDC for my home loan I have taken in December 2003.Every year I am going to submit my PDC after 4 p.m.but this year it is said that I can not submit my PDC as time was over.when I asked the reason they said the office time was changed.And it is also said that said no PDC will further taken as bank 's standing instruction is the mode of payment must be in ECS scheme.The receptionist sentto some pravakar das about the ecs scheme .I am going to this person and requested to recevied the PDC where he refused to do so which was quiet natural.then I tell him that I don't know the changing of office hours and asked to give me the ECS form.when he give me the forms I asked the criteria about ECS scheme he rudely tell me to consult the maneger about all the quaries for time changing matters and ECS scheme.I was shocked but he was refused to speak a word to me .I am really shcked with his behevior.I think I am not one of the valued customer as they said.I do not want to harm anybody but only want the clarification wheather the HDFC only option about the mode of payment is ECS and wheather PDC can not taken at about 4.30 p.m.

I ROHIT BIYANI, employee code-CR21144, i had joined your bank on April 30, 2010. and work very efficiently .i give accounts of Many of the Individuals, firms and companies which are very good cutomer of the bank, with my efforts .but till date i am not receive any single panny from your end . Mr. Manjeet panwar and Mr. jittendra bhadhoriya is always assuring me that salary is late due to " Technical problem of bank to open my salary account" I am fade up of all there fake commitments, and i also came to know that Both of the Managers are cheated me to -many of times they use another CSE's ID instead of mine To open my introduced accounts and credit gone to another person. From last 7 days the both of the managers are telling me that your DD for full and final settlement is dispathed but till date i have no mail at all . please look into the matter . other wise i have no option to go to Court.

Complaint for education loan
Dear sir,
To the general manager/director.
This is rahul verma from indore. I take addmission in engineering college in B.E. degree. My college is affiliated in AICTE & RGPV As per Govt. rule . For institude applied for fees in education 2.5 lakhs . Then i have applied for loan process our nearest branch. I have eligibal for whole criteria. But the bank doesn't give me loan. My fathers salanry account for this branch. But the empolyes are talk to me yours father basic salary not safisient for loan then i have not give the education loan.
