Its more than 9 months i am not receiving my provident fund. I have applied for it twice but getting no response.

delay in personal loan
(7 DAYS EYE WASHERS)
Sir,

I applied for a personal loan in HDFC bank in Chennai branch and submitted all the documents required to them through an executive in HDFC bank.When i gave all the documents i was said that within 7days my loan ll be approved and the money ll be credited and i am happy enough.
As i believed them firmly i waited for a week and then called the executive, he said me that today verification will be over but i was said the same answer for three consecutive days.And when i inquired a senior manager about the status i was damn shocked since he said me that only when the credit section says ok the loan ll be approved.
I thought my loan was confirmed and made some arrangements but still i dint get it approved and as its too late i couldn't move to another bank so i am arranging the money through my friends.
So friends pls be aware of those fraud eye washers and do arrangements only after getting credited the money they may turn aside at anytime.
Only God can save all our section of loan seekers

Dmat and trading account
I am supposed to be a classic customer of HDFC bank ltd, on persuasion by their representative and assurance that we will get privileged services, decided to open dmat and trading account with them. The same came into operation in April 2009. I astonished and frustrated on disastrous operation of these two accounts and response in resolving my grievances. It is surprising that even after four months of having open my account, I've not been able to operate online trading even for once. Their representative visit to us and trying to operate the account also failed. You'll call up their customer care and you're in for endless waiting spending escalating your telephone bill. The worst that could happen, after lot of hit and trials we bought some shares of a company a week back, confirmation number given, when tried to sell at a higher price were told that the share has not been allocated to us even after the lapse of one week. This resulted in the loss of almost Rs 11100. I have no idea where to go and recover the loss. Also, I am unsure if the same is happening with many people like me. Is somebody in HDFC listening? Please, reimburse me for the loss I faced.

Residence Manager of Noida Sector 18 branch tried to cheat me
This is to state that the behavior of Ms. Neetu Chadha, the Branch Manager of Noida Sector 18 HDFC Home Loans, is simply outrageous. She doesn't seem literate enough to handle customers. Irritated with her behavior we have repaid the outstanding of our loan. Moreover she tried to cheat us by quoting a wrong amount of outstanding. I think if my grievences are not adhered to, I would highlight the matter to all forms of media. I have proof in the form of print outs from HDFC, where a wrong amount of outstanding has been shown. After challenging her she allowed us to speak to a colleague of hers based out of Munirka Delhi Branch, Mr. Rajeev Joseph (who was extremely courteous, his off phone no. 011-41596556) and he resolved the issue. This lady is so uncultured that she didn't even bother to accept her mistakes and was extremely rude. It seems that hers is the only voice heard in that branch. My husband and I have HDFC accounts since a prety long time, and we are contemplating closing the account. I don't believe that with people like Ms. Chadha on HDFC payrolls, customers should be feeling safe. Let me know if you have a framework of tackling such grieveces. I would wait for 2 weeks to get a call form your org, failing which we would escalate it to higher levels.

Discripency in fixed deposits
Dear Sir,
I got the following two fixed deposits issued with senior citizen and nomination facility from Centurion Bank of Punjab.

Renewed by HDFC Bank Kirti NAGAR Ext. Br. New Delhi and Karol Bagh branches respectively.

After the merger of CBOP the HDFC bank Branches had auto renewed the above mentioned fixed deposits on due dates. The following discrepancies have been observed which need immediate rectification.
a) Why there is difference in rate of interest, when the renewal dates of these deposits are very close?
b) Whether these fixed deposits carry the senior citizen benefit?
c) The nominations already submitted and mentioned on the fixed deposits be carried forward. However I have again submitted the nomination applications through your Kalkaji New Delhi Branch on 20th August 2009 to the home branches of these deposits (the Kalkaji branch did not do so as the signature of the depositor was not scanned.) Please incorporate the nomination and advise

Lousy customer Service..Unpaid cheque
This is a copy of the complaint which I have registered in a complaint forum...

This is serious Stuff. I have been following up with HDFC bank on my refund of balance left in the Bank.

The situation started in June'09 when I filed for closure of my bank account which was lying dormant and sending back the draft for balance remaining in the Account.

This was supposed to come to me within 2 weeks. Then 1 month later no response so again calling back the customer service and running around. Then the shocker saying my account has been already closed in 2007 and no balance. Then after some heavy duty checking back coming back to me in 3 days with just a sorry and saying my balance is still there and will reach me within 2 days.

Just the start of the story then again 3 weeks and no reply so back to square one calling the customer service and again the story continues... They say they will call back in an hour then 3 hours but no response.

When the bank has the guts to charge me for every transaction and etc etc ... As i write still havent recieved my cheque..

Never join HDFC
The below is the copy of the mail I have sent to HDFC grievance cell.

Hello,

Let me explain my issue in simpler words.

I have a Savings account and a Credit card from HDFC.
And there were issues from the initial stages, Vendors calling me as HDFC gave them my info.

1) So once before I gave approval HDFC charged the amount in my account. When I said the vendor that I have not approved the purchase they cancelled and the amount was returned to the card. But both the transactions were charged to my card. I let it go as I thought it was an error of judgment and as it was not a huge amount I did not bother to mail and call .

2) There was another vendor who again got my info from HDFC and canvassed me and I purchased it. Soon enough I left India and realised that I could not pay through my HDFC savings account to HDFC credit card via netbanking. Initially I wrote a few mails to HDFC thinking it was the browser issue or some issue at my end.
Later I was told by few that it is possible and another few that i need to go to nearest HDFC branch and sign a document for enabling Third party payment.
I send them request after request. And collection agents started to go to my parents and harass them. I shooted a mail not to do it and I still keep paying through another banks.
But now I decided I am not going to pay through another banks when I have 5 times more the amount I owe to credit card in my HDFC savings account, they again called my parents and threatened that they will send " goondas" to collect the money.

I want an official statement from HDFC on this so that I can plan my future actions. Shall I match HDFC at their own action or more respectably in court.
I am not interested in paying through another accounts. My logic is simple, I have my account in the same organisation.

Hope you guys will have some answer to this.

This is a perfect example and reason why you should not join HDFC. But I am not leaving at this. If they reach my parents in my absence the son of the b***** will get royally f**** when I return, whatever the consequences may be.
I am not going to some 420 to go to my parents and threaten them at their old age.
Currently I am looking out for the HDFC top guys email id to send them a mail.
Second thing will to drag them to court.
But if they go physical, I will match them or may be teach them a few new lessons.

It is because people like us usually let it go such bas**** take advantage of us.
They would not dare to do such thing in Western countries.

Fraud Charges
Fraud Charges -----------------------

I have applied for a job for the position of (Insurance Provider Customer care)in on 19th June, 2009. According to

policy, they are going to charge me Rs. 1000/- for training of 3 days and they have also collected Graduation

certificate and 8 photographs. For receiving the money and documents, Mr. Rohit has came and collect the

money Rs( 2000 ) for two applications and documents for both on 20th June, 2009.

He informed that a zero balance account will be opened with HDFC as you are going to be HDFC employee and

also get a "Debit Cum ATM card".

According to policy we are going to be paid Rs. 5000/- per month + 40% commission on every case.
It was part time job and we will get call from the customers and they will put there query regarding the

Insurance. Company will provide a mobile or land-line phone for that.

Mr. Rohit promised us that we will receive a confirmation call from HDFC within three days.
I have never received any call from them and after 10 days I try to contact them and I contacted to Mr. Deepak

who is working in (Multan Nagar) and I asked him about the job I have applied for. First of he informed me that

there is no such policy which was informed to us and then I asked him for the REFUND for both the application,

then he referred me to Mr. Rakesh who is Team Leader of Mr. Deepak. I have contacted him and explains the

same that there is no such policy and I again put a request for the REFUND. Then he want to meet me, I have

meet to Mr. Rakesh on 2nd July at HDFC Bank B-28, Community Center Janakpuri, and after meeting he

informed that there is no application by me and Mr. Rakesh referred me to contact Mr. Atul who is in-charge at

the Center of Multan Nagar. In meeting I have explained him everything and ask for the refund. he ensures me

that I will certainly get refund within few days. He promised refund of Refund of Rs. 2000/- on 2nd July and after

that I have contacted him but most of the time he never pics up the phone or assure me that he is going to GIVE

ME CALL BACK JUST AFTER 2 MINUTES. And he never did that, He continuously telling me that wait for some

more days to get the refund. And till today ( 25th of July, 2009) I have not received my money back.

Please give me some guidance to whom should I contact to get the refund. I am a poor person and I can't afford

such fraud charges.

debit amt without intimation
sir, i m puneet gupta hdfc debited rs 700 from my account without any informatin acctually i have hdfc salary account they converted my acc into saving acc but it should give me the information when i called custmer care it was phatatic u should maitain 10, 000 bal in ur account but without information how can i know that i can maintain this bal rightnow i feel cheated by hdfc bank .it is kind of theft from my acc kindlt give me soln or if i need to go to consumer court i can go plz give me way i will very thak ful to u

sir i had a crdit card hdfc bank and before some time (2008) hdfc bank open a bajaj allinace insurance policey without my authority and 8000 thousand rupees balance was in my account . In present time bank want to me 10000 rupees for policey charge this is wrong.
please solve this problem
