I have handed over my credit card in May 2007, with the settlement of till that date, now I am not remember that card Number and don't have that card also. Two months later one agent was come to my home and he collected cash Rs.5000/- from my wife and he said he will settlement of the dues and get the NOC (no objection certificate) from the bank, but he never turned back, where is that agent now? And where is that money now? Always agents are asking for cash only why? And later last month one more man had come and bargaining the same. I do not understand the bank people and agents are making frauds in this issue. And they are not willing to give Manager’s name and contact number. We done a big mistake are not got the NOC from the Bank that time. Please close my issue. But bank is multiple that amounts in a bigger way, and they are sending agents to our home and harassing my family, right now I am not in Bangalore. Please avoid this... this is not the way of collecting. How is that agent related to my credit card and want to know they are legally appointed by the government? And many times court also said about this issue. If they come again and again, I am going to take an action in legal manner.

I had give a written application to HDFC Home Loan gurgaon on 12/Jan/2008 to discontinue my ECS from my bank and that the EMI would be deducted directly from my salary. HDFC has this tie up with my company.
Even after they deducted EMI from my salary on 4/feb/2008, they attempted ECS from my bank account which bounced due to insufficient funds and the bank charged Rs. 200/- on this.
HDFC Home Loan has no answer on this.
Whom do we complain now? Is there any authority who can take action?

I have 2 accounts with HDFC. I opened my first account in 3821000025069 , G C AVENUE, KOLKATA.

I went to Dum Dum Cant branch and the officer asked me to close that account and open one in their branch as I can keep an average balance of Rs 2500 only. I agreed to it. I asked to close my 3821000025069 account and filled the application. No action was taken. Then I went to another branch and again request the same. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. I was charged 750 Rs for AQB SERVICE CHARGE JUL-SEP2007. I called customer care, they apologized and put the 750 back by REVERSAL OF AQB (JUL-SEP07). Now again I can see some charges like - AQB SERVICE CHARGE OCT-DEC2007, SER TAX ON AQB SER CHGS OCT-DEC2007, EDU CESS ON AQB SER CHGS OCT-DEC2007, ATM DEC CHGS 05-01-08 4386240125171932. WHAT IS THIS???? CLOSE BOTH MY ACCOUNTS> I DONT WANT TO BNK WITH HDFC. ICICI is far better in quality and service.

I had taken loan from HDFC a month back. I had asked them for a ECS deduction from my savings account with ABN AMRO. However, the money was not deducted from my account and i was charged for bouncing of ECS by ABN AMRO as HDFC guys have not sent them the Mandate form. These HDFC guys have harrased me for the payment which i clearly stated that i will pay them as and when they wish but i wanted to know that what would be the status form next month. I mean whether they will come every month to me for the payments or they gonna clear the ECS thing. The call center uneducated associates call me everytime and only ask for the payment and when I ask them what when my problem would eb sorted they just respond that they will talk to their senior (obviously no one) and get back to me. I am really fed up of these frequent calls and would never ever recommend anyone to get a loan from HDFC. They are a bunch of uneducated people working there in HDFC.

I Ganesh More, (account no. 2401900141451 ) have opened an NRE account in HDFC bank almost a month back. However I have few complaints to be sorted out.

1. At the time of account opening I had given an amount of Rs. 100 Dhs in cash to Mr. Raj Mohan(Dubai branch) of which he said Rs 50 Dhs would be deposited in my account after the activation of the same. But even after a month’s time the same has not been reflected in my account. Kindly note that even after asking for acknowledgement for the amount given to him I never got any from him.
2. Secondly I specifically had asked him whether I can transfer online amount from any bank say ICICI to HDFC and vice versa through net banking to which he had replied positively. But after activation of my account I came to know from the website that I have to fill up the “THIRD PARTY TRANSFER” form. Why is false information given in the beginning itself.
3. Thirdly I have been following up with him for the same since a month’s time for which again he’s giving false commitments about personally coming and meeting him and to collect the “THIRD PARTY TRANSFER FORM”. Till date he has never turned up.


Kindly let me know if the same can be sorted out at the earliest or else I may have to close my account with HDFC bank. Maybe I had got wrong information about HDFC that it’s the only bank giving good service to its customers.
