TERRIBLE!!! Placed an order for "Panasonic SH-FX67 Wireless Rear Speaker Kit for Select Wireless-Ready Home Theater Systems - SHFX67". Received order confirmation, etc. Waited for more than a week and it had still not shipped. No one told me why it had not shipped, if it was backordered, or any other reason it might be delayed. Tried calling customer service number multiple times & was NEVER connected to a person - only voicemail. Had to cancel the order via voicemail. Finally recieved email that order had been cancelled. No explanation of delay, or any additional coorespondence. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Do not order from these people!
