Some few days back i saw an ad of Head & Shoulder Hair shamapoo saying that they have launched this new product & the ad clearly mentioned send a message & you receive a sample of the same at your doorstep. I have a message saying you will receive the same shortly & it has been weeks & i havent got one. If i need to buy the sample i would have easily gone to any shop & bought it but i thought of just trying this new option but to my anger its just a matter of cheating others by only assuring & not doing their job well. Being such a reputed co. i think its completely unfair. I hope no body sends a message to them & getting cheated later
