On Tuesday I went to Head and Toe to buy a hair product as I was doing my shopping one of the staff member forcefully grabbed my hand and my bag accusing of *** a body lotion. I asked him (Niko)to call his mananger (Muks) who also taught thought that I was a thieve. My bag was searched upside down buy they couldn't find anything then Muks decided to ask what happened which I felt that it was too late . Niko didn't show any remorse and no one really apologise to me . I demand an official apology and compensation for the humiliation.
