this isnt a complaint with the salon but a stupid stylist there. I went there to get a cut and david was my stylist. It had already been a long wait, a bad experience, and then had this rude jerk for a stylist. When he first put the cape around me I said it was too tight, around the neck, and hurt--david disagreed and said he could stick a finger through it...odd..he didnt care that a client was in pain and disagreed with her concerns--very rude and strange...he was already being weird and rude and I had a feeling it wasn't going to be a good experience, nonetheless everyone said he was a good stylist so i just said oh well... we agreed on long layers and that he would cut my hair...3 inches off... I had pretty long hair to the middle of my back and it took a year to grow out. David then decided this idiot would go haywire and not just cut 3 inches but go all out. He decided to cut off at least 10 inches or more for no reason at all and without my permission and not what we agreed on. He did it suddenly b/c then i couldnt say anything and it was done with. I was surprised and upset, but more upset when I got home to find how much he had cut off...in 10 years I have never had anyone cut so much off and when i didn't ask for it. He did it intentionally because as lots of jerk stylists do sometimes..(the bad ones) they are either jealous or just bad and want to ruin someone's hair. He even made a comment in the end about how it should be short which made no sense...i didnt want it short...all i can say is...if you want your hair done don't go to this person or at least just be careful because he doesnt care what a client wants-- he just does what he wants and wil ruin people's hair...
