Purchased 3 sets of there cookware and was to premuim items free 10 3/4 liquid electric skillet, Kitchen Machine, & a Slow cooker base. Have call many times since March of 2009 and never received after they said they would ship out. Now it's May 9, 2009 never did get and when we been calling now they will not return any calls, and of cource they never answer the phone. These were purchased at a trade show demo on 2, 15, 2009 at the Century Center in South Bend Indiana.
