Sub:- Removal of Garbage / Malwa dumped at govt. land between Mausam Vihar and Radhey Shyam Park Extn- II, Delhi-110051.

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, it is brought to your kind notice that there is a large unused land piece lying between Mausam Vihar and Radhey Shyam Park extn-II. On this unused govt. land garbage and malwa are being dumped by the various residents of surrounding locality. This garbage/ malwa is creating health hazards by producing insects, germs, viruses and may be a root cause of any epidemic like Dengue, Malaria etc.

Several complaints have been lodged with MCD, Central Control Room and Shahdara Zone Control Room vide no.- 9323 dated 9/10/2009, 1800 dated 9/10/2009 and 3336 dated 20/10/2009 at Shahdara zone. And so many phone calls have been made on Ph no.-22548009 to Executive engineer maintainence I. But nothing has been done by the concerned department till now. I sent this same letter to your department previously by post also but nothing has been done yet. Therefore Sir/Madam, you are hereby requested to look into the matter and your intervention is highly solicited. So that residents may feel safe, healthy and out of ambit of diseases likely to be generated by this malwa/ garbage. As CWG are approaching, I expect that an immediate step should be taken from your side in this regard.
