Does not work
I purchased the Health Master Blender because I was impressed with the Montel Williams presentation. I wanted a good quality blender and was prepared to pay for a good one. I wasted over $250 for a blender that I can not get to come on. I spend a lot of time placing the blender the position as shown on the video. I have followed the instructions just as it shows. Sometimes it comes on but most of the time it will not. After spending a long time to get it to come on, I dump the juices and forget it. It has been a frustration, waste of time and money. Don't believe anything he endorses.

Over Heating/Burnt out moter (100 Year)
My Healthmaster stopped working 4 days after we recieved it. To get a new moter we have to pay for shipping back to Fairfield N.J. . Then we must pay for shipping and handeling #29.99 . What a scam !

deafeningly Loud / over heating
My "Living well Health Master". Will be returned. Just Requested a prepaid return label. It Is deafeningly LOUD, 973-287-5170. and It over heated 3 of the 6 times I used it. I was told today I would be getting a "prepaid return label" in 4-5 days . Used a visa so If I have any other problems I can dispute the charges with visa /// NOT Happy

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
I ORDERED YOUR PRODUCT (PRO VERSION) ON 1/5/10 AND EXPECTED TO BE GETTING IT SHORTLY.
I LOGGED ON TO CHECK THE STATUS AND FOUND THAT MY ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED "BY CUSTOMER".
I ALSO FOUND THAT MY CREDIT CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED AN 89.97 CHARGE (ACCORDING TO CHRIS AT CUSTOMER CARE THIS IS A NORMAL CHARGE) AND 119.97 FOR THE PRO AUTHORIZED PURCHASE.
CHRIS ALSO TOLD ME THAT MY CREDIT CARD HAD DECLINED THE PURCHASE THAT IS WHY IT WAS CANCELLED - NEVER GOT A 'CANCELLATION' EMAIL FROM THEM...CALLED MY CC COMPANY AND MY PURCHASE WAS APPROVED AND WAS IN GOOD STANDING WITH THEM.
WHAT A GREAT SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING HERE...WHO MAKES UP THESE ' GOOD REVIEWS' ??????
AND TO THINK I THOUGHT WELL OF MONTELL
SO MUCH FOR THE GIFT FOR MY GRANDSON...

QUALITY
The first Montel Williams Health Master I ordered lasted 6 weeks.the motor froze on me. They sent me a new one. This time after 2 months the pitcher started leaking out the bottom where the washer/blades/shaft come together. They said they would send me a new pitcher today. I was going to buy one of these for a Christmas gift but not now. This is a poor quality kitchen appliance and I'm sorry I bought it. This upgrade edition cost me $279.90 which included tax, shipping and handling.
