Broken Health Master not replaced
Dear Montel,
First let me say that I depend on your blender to make all my meals because of ongoing oral surgery.
When I first made my decision to purchase a high speed blender I chose the Health Master over Vitamix and Blendtec. At first I was really happy with the way it performed but then the blender broke down and I called customer service and they sent me a new one. Within a month it broke down again. I called customer service on June 3rd and they said they would send me a new base and a label to sent the old one back. I did not receive anything. I called back on June 7 and spoke to Melvin who said that he was sorry but he could not send me out a machine without getting the old one back. He would send me out a new label to send the old one back. At this point I was so angry I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said there was no one available. He then said he had spoke to a supervisor and he would send me out a brand new machine and it would take 7 – 10 days and that I should use the label enclosed to send back the old one. Today is the 27th of June and still no machine. I called again and spoke to a supervisor this time who told me they send out a label for the return but NO new machine on the 24th of July. He also promised this time to send me a new machine. Your guess is as good as mine whether I will receive it. I am frustrated, angry and disappointed in your company. I would like my money back. I paid for an extended warranty and your machine has done nothing but cause me anguish. If this were just an appliance that I used occasionally then I could wait but unfortunately I rely on it to eat on a daily basis. I hope you’ll get back to me and not be like the company that you own.

customer service
Yes, it does what it says, but only 2 short months after purchase I had to mail the unit in for warranty (plus a check for $29.99!!) because it was throwing oil. They require the whole unit to be mailed in. Ok. Well, months later I receive only the base. I called, and the 1st idiot said that I mailed a check only for the base. How does she know? After a long time on hold, she said that a pitcher and lid would be sent out. The 3rd call said the pitcher/lid would be here last Thursday (it's Monday). Today is the 4th month after the mailing, and the FOURTH phone call to customer service, and the 4th promise that a pitcher is on its way. I asked about the lid, and after a long time on hold, he said that that was mailed separately. I read the comments and reviews before I bought and took a chance on the Montel Health Master (Made in China). Do yourself a favor and save the frustration...spend the money and buy the better product. The customer service IS THE WORST!!!

2 machines both peace of junk
2 blenders with same problem with brown substance leaking between motor and pitcher. was charged 29.95 shipping both times and know they want me to pay again for shipping another peace of junk. I wish there was something I could do about this scam, because that is what it is. Alot of people have had this same problem with montels blender. It is a scam that should be stopped by someone.

no refund
very loud after 1 month, VERY LOUD! Called, asked for refund, they said the noise is OK, just keep using it. Debris/rust paste coming from bearing, it is a definite safety item now. STAY AWAY! i am afraid it is going to self destruct in my kitchen and injure/blind us. I relly regret the day I was hoaxed by Montel into thinking this machine was worth it . IT"S NOT!!!

Extra charges (Import Charges)
Dear sir (madam);
I was charged extra $99.98 (Import charges), it was never mention BEFORE ORDER and it was not on the
Bill(?!)... Product is HEALTH MASTER (blender)
I hope the Blender is good, but I did not try yet
I try to send them e-mail on address : [email protected], the email was return.
Is it scam ON TV? I dont know, hope not. Its NOT about money...

poor customer service
I ordered the product on line and I was billed for two orders $564.00 and they said it was only one so I canceled the order ofcorse my bank has to straighten this mess out it will take aleast a week everyone beware they will try to rip you off learned the hard way.George Collins Largo Florida

Poor service
The Health Master is a piece of junk and repairs or replacement service is very poor. Still waiting for four months for a replacement. Use the piece of junk two times before it broke.Montell William should look into this real piece of junk that he is making money on. Another piece of junk from China. I just recieve a post card (again) from TRISTAR stating i" if we do not hear from you within 30 days, my order will be canelled. You can return this card to stop the cancellation). Of course there's no telephone number provided so you can call and get customer service...Know Why? It's a piece of jusk they don't want to hear about.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called about a 3 day ago 2 times to speak to a supervisor and both times I was told they were on the phone and would call me back. I even got up early in the morning so I could call 8am East Coast time. I am still waiting for a call back from the Supervisor. I have never spoken to anyone to get my problem resolved. The company where you place the orders have no interest in helping customers with their problems. I spent a lot of time on the computer trying to locate another number to speak with someone about my complaint. I could not find any number. I could not even find anyway to get a complaint to Montel. Nothing. So when you order this product there will probably no one around to help you when you have a problem no matter what it is. So beware when you order from this compay.

bad service
I am so disappointed in your website. I am a very irate customer. I went on line to order this product. The first time I placed the order I never received the confirmation that the order went through, so I figured it didn't. So I tried it again, same thing. I thought maybe there was something wrong with my computer. So I called and placed the order on the phone. Now I get 2 e-mails that 2 have been shipped. What the HELL!!! I call in and find out that you are showing I have ordered 3. The person I spoke with tried to be nice but making a noise on the phone indicating that I was maybe annoying him, that was rude. I called him on it and he did not say anything. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, he said that they were not available and he would take my number and they would call me back, he would not let me hold on line. I told him that I don't trust you company after what they have done, I told him I don't trust that if I hang up anyone would call me back. I am still waiting.He said he had to tend to other people waiting to order. I know they work on commission, so I know he was eager to get to the next person hoping they are ordering. I am not stupid. I has been waiting over 40 min and no supervisor has called me back yet. I have been ordering on line for years and this has never happened. I always get a confirmation that my order was accepted. Never got that, so I figured the order did not go through. Now your company is going to take $420 out of my account that I don't have. Yes I am very stressed out about that. How would you feel if you were going to have $420 taken out of your account that you were not expecting?
I will not recommended to other people to order this product. If you don't stop the shipment of the 2 that I thought I did not order I might return all of them. One ref # is 21504200946121110. The one ref # 21504200946127793 is the only one I was aware I ordered. I don't have the ref # to the 3rd one I supposedly ordered. I hung up with your operator about 6:30 pm Mountain Standard Time and still no one has called me back. I have nothing nice to say about your company. All I can tell people is how I got screwed by your company and not to order unless they want to deal with the stress. I was assured that someone would call me back...Still waiting.
I ask that you pass this on to Montel Williams so he knows what kind of company he is working with and how unefficant they are. It is not 7:20 pm still nothing. I just called back and SURPRISE you are now closed and no one has called me back. When you are disappointed with a product you let people know. And yes I will let people know about my dealings with this company.

faulty product
I bought a healthmaster on August 1st. When it arrived it was broken. I called customer service to request a return label, they said they would send one and never did. I call again 3 different occasions each time getting the same answer. They are continiously charging my account for a piece of equiptment that NEVER worked and I have attempted to send back several times. This is a fraud and they are taking money from my account. I have called the bank and cumstomer service consistently and I need help with this matter ASAP.
