Misleading REFUND information
Company advertises return privileges with a refund.
They DO NOT STATe the outrageous conditions attached to the offer:

1. EACH ITEM has a restocking fee of $10.
2. If your ordered 3 items and they gave you a 4th one "free" - you still pay $10 to restock the supposedly "free" item.

A recent order of 3 items (with a 4th free) had a product cost of $120.
The total cost with shipping was = $133.

The return they allowed was $60 - after deducting $40 for the opened jar and subtracting the restocking fee.

The company made a $120 sale for 4 items and then refunded $60 to get back 3.

Not a bad gig for them, they made $60 for the sale of a SINGLE ITEM.

STAY AWAY - THIS IS A RIPOFF AND A SCAM !!!

Stealing money out of accounts
I ordered and agreed to the 21 day FREE TRIAL offer for $6.95 of Acai Berry supplement. I received my package and seen a double charge on my account so I called and they said the second charge was a ghost charge (which disappeared after a couple of days), then I told them I wanted to cancel because I didn't want the (ghost) second charge for whatever and they said I had to wait for the 21 days to be up. I called again a WEEK later to cancel because, again, I didn't want the (whatever they hook you into $79.90) and they still said I had to wait for the 21 days. Finally I got on the website and canceled it there (which I received an e-mail stating that it was canceled and I would no longer be billed). Then three days later my bank statement showed that they took $79.90 out of my account! I'm so sick to my stomach! I called and I waited on the phone for one hour listening to "please hold" bullcrap then I was disconnected. I called a different number and waited for 15 minutes till some idiot (calling himself HANK) answered. He told me I was too late canceling (which I wasn't) he said it was the day I canceled online yet that was the 21st day so I was too late and when I told him that I had called twice to cancel he said I didn't have proof so my tough luck! What a crock! If I could've reached through that phone he'd be sorry. I can't believe that this company just takes money out of people's accounts and are getting away with it, especially in these hard economic times. The company (which most of them are) is located in California. I think everyone should start e-mailing the Governor of California about Healthbuy.com and any other company taking money out of people's accounts. Also complain to the Better Business Bureau - we have to stick together and fight! I wish I would have seen or investigated that company before I did that. Keep complaining. I'm going to call my bank and tell them that there was an unauthorized transaction on my account, maybe they will look into it more.

unauthorized charges on bank account
I received 2 charges on my bank account for $89.90 each for something I did not order. I have tried calling them numerous times and I can not seem to get in touch with anyone. I am filing a complaint with my local authorities and my bank

Fraud
This fraudulent company is only interested in your money. Don't ever order from this website. Their 'Customer Service' doesn't exist. You can't call or email them. I've emailed them 4 times. No one ever replied. You can only place orders. Good luck trying to get a refund. FRAUD!!! SCAM!!!

Worst Customer Service & Scam Return Policy
First of all HealthBuy does NOT have any customer service phone number you can call. They only have a SALES phone number.

If you call for customer support they refer you to the website.

Second, the website only has a list of Frequently Asked Questions and if your question is not on the list, well you are S&$T Out Of Luck.

Third, If you submit a Return Authorization with a question, they will never answer your question, only send you a canned automatic response from a "[email protected]" email address.

I bought the 6 month supply of the Breast Actives. I tried it for 2 months and did not have any results. The 6 month supply is $239, then they charge $10 per item return fee. Since the Breast Actives comes with 2 products, it would be an $80 return fee. $239 - $80 - $102 fee for the 2 months I used is $42 check to be returned.

If you decide to buy their product at all, buy the 1 month supply to really be sure you like it. B/c if you invested in the 6 month discount supply and it doesn't work out (didn't for me) then you lost your money

I had placed an order on Feb 15 night than I changed my mind and I cancelled it right away minutes later after I placed the order on their customer support section on their website. I received a email confirmation from their automatically. Then on Feb 16 after 9 am, I called them to cancel the order and stop the shippment but was put on hold for hours and no one talked to me. There was only the answering matchine at work. I had called 3 or 4 times and every time was the same result. No human answers only the machine. Then I only could to their website support section to cancel my order and stop shipment 3 or 4 time. And I got the order cancelation acknowlage messages so I thought "Ok they probably cancelled my order.

Then at about 9 pm. I received their shipping confirmation email.

This is comapany is scam. They don't take phone calles. Their customer support section and contact section are useless. They won't let you cancel the order. They will ship to you and then you will charege you large sum of re-stocking fee and shipping and handling. that's how they make their profit.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I ordered a 6 month supply of a product touted as being safe for long-term use for approximately $170, which after further research was the exact opposite recommendation from every herbal research company I read.

Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I called the main # to cancel the shipment only to find out the call center was unable to deal with any issues whatsoever besides taking your money. They referred me to the customer "CARE" center which did not have a live person that answered the phone, but rather placed you into voice mail. I left a message and four others at this point, with no return call.

After the initial order I promptly submitting the on-line "RMA" form which required you to agree to pay $10 for each product as well as the shipping charges before submitting the RMA form. I noted my lack of agreement with those policies in that form prior to submitting it. I have received no response in any form nor have I received a product.

With the lack of any customer service whatsoever and the complaints I have now read, IT IS EVIDENT THAT THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I plan to file a dispute with PAYPAL.COM and pursue other legal means.

HealthBuy.Com - PERSONAL DATA MISUSE !!!
ATTENTION !!!

on Jan 26/09 I broke up early - did NOT complete order procedure on the web site, because of dubious checkout system.
They tracked me down, sent me an e-mail "...that they have noticed that I have not completed the order..." and offer me a 10% discount..."
More suspicious than before I went back to the link and closed it.
After that, 5 seconds later, they sent a 2nd e-mail ..."we thank you for your order...will charge your CC (no amount!)...shipping announcement..." !!!

The point is: they did not only track down my e-mail address for "follow up offer", they FINISHED the checkout "by them selfes" of (EVERY !!!???) BROKEN UP ORDER PROCEDURE !!!

Bcs. of my early broke-up, I even dont know yet how much they will/have charged my CC. Add. there is no kind of invoice, order confirmation, payment confirmation etc. available.
Sent 2 mails to Customer Support several minutes after the event by form sheet for explanation-after a day I got a mail ..."call us to discuss personally..."-----oversea!!!???
Answered by mail-will do in writing, refused the order, will not accept shipment, accused them of personal data misuse.

Would very much appreciate further informations about actions against this company. There must be something going on somewhere against them-this has to be stopped.

unauthorized shipment
shipped me a product I did not request and this shipment started a subscription I had to cancel. I'm waiting to see if there are charges and if the subscription cancels. A representative is supposed to contact me within 72 hours via email.
