I followed all the Rules, Got my "FREE" sample. Then, the company started billing me $$88.95 unauthorized charges. I returned the Product via the Post Office "Returned to Sender" Un-opened. Then, I immediately contacted them, telling them the product was being returned, and to cancel my order and issue me a refund. I contacted them twice, once by phone and the other via email, requesting my refund.

Why hasn't anyone started a Class Action Suit against this company, and the advertisers, for "NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED" . Now, this company is no where to be found, or held accountable, and how many of thousand of people got scammed, including me.

You would think, one of those "Ambulance Chaser" would jump on board, for a Class Action Suit.

Well, that is my opinion, anyone know any Great Lawyers looking for work...! Lets get this Class Action Suit Started...! I work hard for my money, till I was laid-off, I am sure like lots of others lately. So, every penney counts. And, I would like my money back, and the "HealthRezV" held Accountable and Punished.

I tried a free trial offer from HealthRezV, whereas I was only required to pay the shipping and handling on the trial offer of an oral beauty product to reverse the signs of aging. In order to not infer any additional costs, I had to cancel within 30 days of the shipment. The company sends me two bottles of their stuff (that doesn't work) every month and bills my credit card $88.95. Their toll free number does not work, nor does their website they gave to use in order to cancel.

someone with the email address: Someone with the email address [email protected] used a credit card which might be stolen, to purchase pills from this company, and shipped them to me. It was a test to a credit card to see if the order would go thru-which it did. I contacted the company and told them it was fraud, which they reviewed and stated it was a mismatch, meaning it was stolen fraud. I asked for the last four digits of the credit card, and I asked them to report it to the credit card company.

The customer service center said all they can do is refund the credit card used. I said this is much bigger, and they said they needed to hang up, that they just refunded the charges and washed their hands of it. I asked to speak with anyone in any department, but the customer service department stated "there is no other department" to speak with, and though we are trained not to hang up, I have to now. Then she hung up. I would think they would have reacted more to this fraudulent situation.

I tried many steps to report fraud, but the customer service center is trained to not allow anyone past them. I stated this is a legal matter,

Be warned of this company! A simple refund is not enough when it comes to fraud, they needed to take action!

i called to cancel order before 15 day trail was over and the agent sent me to a cancel website. i was not able to cancel using website and called back. agent told me to e-mail [email protected] to cancel and i got a reply back to use cancel website and still could not cancel. have e-mailed back to support to cancel order and am not getting response back. i have been charged 88.95 and am really upset. i will file complaint with my bank if this is not resolved.

This product does NOTHING
Autoshipment and debits your account 88.95 that you use to pay the 5.95 shipping and handeling
They will not refund your money
They tell you that you agreed to autoshipments in the terms and agreement ( you must agree to get free sample).
They count on people to just click the "agree" button without actually reading the entire agreement.
Customer service reps suck.
Product sucks
No refund /return policy- they don't have one because they are scammers not retailers.
And also... This product does NOTHING!
