Like many others I siged up for the 15 day free trial for the Acai berry and life cleanse but unfortunately didn't read the small print but by the time they dispatched a further supply that I couldn't understand why I had received, they had already deducted money from my account of 76.86 x 2 and then again 15.76 x 2 using two different names (dermasolutions and Youthhealth). I rang them and each tiem I asked to speak to a manager of the refund department the phone was put down. How can these people get away with it, and who do you go to to help get your money back?
