Tooth whitening scam and providing details to other disreputal companies
This company offered a free trial of product for shipping costs only - at no stage did it disclose that they were going to pass on my information to other disreputable companies or that there was onging payments incurred - it was a trial offer only.
I have had my credit card deducted on 2 separate occasions by companies that I have never ordered or received product from - These 3 companies Healthsmile, Ultifreshwell and Pristine Health are running world wide scams.
My credit card provider has been contacted and disputed payments lodged against these companies.

Overcharged credit card
On Dec. 3rd, 2009 I was billed on my credit card $87.62 and
Dec. 13th, 2009 I was billed the same amount, $87.62. Prior to
these dates I had signed on to try a sample of the product. It arrived,
but I never asked to receive their monthly product. Also, the
amount was never mentioned on the initial advertisement.

Fraud
THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT ORDER
I was told I only had to pay the postage. £2.95
They told my bank I have signed a contract.
Even though you can see this is a Scam my bank believes them, they have already taken over £100 and the bank is letting them continue taking my money until they do not reply in 30 days. What a joke.
