dental whitners
i sent for a sample of dental whitner-pd, postage $1.95-had 14 days to return sample. unfortunately-I DID NOT HAVE A RETURN ADDRESS AND WAS TO RETURN THE SAMPLE. WHEN i phoned the company over a week ago and within the time limit I was told iI would be sent mailing materials and that I would not have further charges on my visa card.
Todate I have received no E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS GIVING ME THE INFORMATION. I need to be able to return the sample and stop payments this relaying of information may have affected my credit card.I am allergic to the product and am unable to use it and also need to be removed from the companies mailing list. I WILL BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR HELP. r BARDEN

charged $87.62 10/16 & $87.62 10/23
I ordered a teeth whitener online. It was uderstood by me that all that was required was the cost of shipping. I just recieved my credit card bill and I have been charged $87.62 twice. Once on 10/05 & once on 10/16. What a scam ! Can't get anyone to answer calls to 866-825-7477 or 866-7977348. Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Rip-Off
DO NOT ORDER anything from Dazzle White/Beautyclub/healthsmile/ultifreshwell. They will charge your credit or debit card for $80.00 for the $2 sample. They took $87.62 out of my daughter's checking account through her debit card. Dazzle White is a rip-off! I'm working with Chase Bank trying to get her money back from the unauthorized transaction. Make sure the company is legitimate before giving out your credit or debit card. Google the company and the product before purchasing. They will sell your information to other merchant.

Did not order; charged $80.86 on Visa Bank Card
I was caught in this scam and paid out-th-nose $89.98 for nothing! Now, two other scams appear: healthsmile and wellbheaalth! The first one charged $80.86 and the second, $49.89. I did not order either one. I think my having to pay $89.98 last month is enough of a penalty for my ignorance in these scams. Can you get me back the $80.86 and $49.89?

Keeeps charging my credit card
I called their customer service to cancell they gave me instructions to send the product back which I did, I just received my credit card statemnt and 2 charges were on it in the amounts 6.21 elitepack, 79.28 healthsmile, ulitfreshwell 79.28, ezykit 8.53 all have 866# from CY but you can't get anyone on the phone just a recording.when you call the numbers on my credit card statement. I'm sorry I got into the sham.

taking money for products not ordeed or recieved
ordered teeth whitening gel just pay postage which charged more than said £9.95 then month later took £51.00 out of my account which diddnt authorise havent recieved any correspodence from them or products never signed up to recieve anymore products been in to bank becauce diddnt know what it was thats when found out about what they had done .As a single parent of three children only working few hours a week i cant fford to lose this money Mrs davies

Following an offer for teeth whitening by Healthsmile, I was charged £9.45 plus £1.00 for a free offer. This company then passed my details on to other companies, ie Pristinehlth, Ultifreshwell & (todate) Wellbhealth. Each of these have taken money from my account. This is contravining the Data protection Act. It is also a Scam to obtain money for nothing. I have contacted my bank and they have stopped this transaction but, it will take 14 days to take effect. Meanwhile I am loosing money I can not afford. As an 80 year old living on a very fixed income, I am feeling very vunerable not able to stop this haemorrhaging from by bank. How can I recover this very much needed cash?
