I ordered several magazines from Hearst and didn't receive many issues. When I tried to get those issues replaced, I was informed they didn't have anymore. I received harrassing notices after my subscription ended. I could never reach a real person. Web site doesn't work. Emails are cryptic and less than helpful. Really wanted to order O! magazine so thought I'd try it again. They sure are great about getting the invoice to you but will not respond to any of my address change requests or inquiries about the order. I cancelled. I'm not going thru THIS again. Wish there was a way to tell Oprah why I'm not getting her magazine!
