I have heard nothing but the best about Rachel as a breeder. People from the west coast that I never met even told me that they were given her name as one of the better breeders. She cares for her dogs like a family member and none are ever given a way because they are no longer able to produce pups. She does all testing and would do anything to help out one of her puppy people. She has taken in the pups when the owners go on vacation so that they don't have to be kenneled. As for being an Animal communicator she is wonder at doing her job and has helped rescues find out what is wrong. She worked with a Leo here in AZ didn't ask for a dime and another Animal communicator was also brought in from someone else who charged for her time. Both came up with the same information on this boy and nobody would have known anything since his past was just that. Both had very detailed information which was a great help in finding this boy his forever home and understanding why he was having so many issues. She has also spoken with my dogs as well and helped me understand what was going on with one of mine. I couldn't thank her more for all her help. She is a wonderful person who goes out of her way to be there for others

My 10 month old puppy from Heart 'N Soul is my 3rd Leonberger, and I am incredibly impressed with this particular breeder. When I adopted Rasberry, I visited the house several times and saw beautiful healthy, friendly dogs with their puppies. My two young children visited with me and were greeted warmly by the dogs as they played with the puppies. My puppy's lineage was discussed with me and I was free to look up the parents - and understand the line. During the adoption process, I was given an in-depth binder of health care and emergency care instructions for the puppy - something I had never come across with other breeders. Rachel Dolan sat down with me and discussed the care, being sure I understood. She then went over the samples of puppy food I had brought with me, discussing which was the overall healthiest for pups. Later when I made a mistake with innoculation timing, I wrote Rachel in a panic and she wrote me back immediately with her suggestions. Rachel is clearly in this for the love of the dogs - she keeps in touch with her pups' owners and encourages them to communicate together. My puppy is a healthy, beautiful, friendly, energetic joy to my family. The Leonberger Club of America has pretty stringent standards for breeders. I believe they'd have a lot to be proud of with Heart "N Soul.
