Poor Customer Service/Non-Receipt of Items
I placed an order on April 3, 2009 for 50 heart shaped key chains, unity candle set, and a initial "L" for my upcoming wedding in May. Per your website the order should have been recieved in 3 to 5 days from the order date. On April 20th I called the 888# because I had not received my order and could not get thru after calling all day. So since I couldn't get thru I sent an email but did not get a response. I called again the next day, all day again and still I did not get thru. By this time I'm very upset and just want to cancel the order so that I can possibly order from someone else. I then sent another email on the 21st. Then on 23rd I received the initial "L" and the unity candle but no key chains. I then called on the 24th and spoke with a representative that was very, very rude who stated the key chains had shipped and I should have already received them and hung up. I called back to get a tracking number but could not get thru yet again. By this time I'm livid! I then send another email and continue to call until close of business on that day and from 10am - 4pm on Saturday 4/25; still no response. I called again on Monday 4/27 and was told that I should have my order by the next day. I asked for the tracking number and the lady stated that I did not need the tracking number and I needed to just wait and hung up. Since the order was not received on 4/28; I called back on 4/29, 4/30 and 5/1 but still could not get thru. On Sunday May 3rd I sent an email and advised that if my order was not received by Tuesday May 5th I would contact my credit card company and dispute the chagrges, call the attorney general and report this company to the better business bureau. After my threating email mysteriously my order was shipped. It is a shame that this company has to be threaten before an order can be filled. This is POOR customer service and I WILL NEVER order anything else from you and I WILL REPORT THIS INCIDENT to someone that can look into your business practices to see if they can either shut you down or at least get you to better your service. I will also tell other about your poor customer service and poor service.
