Very simple- I paid 8, 000.00for an Heat Transfer Product Contender Munchkin wall furnace and only 3 years later i'm dishing out 800.00 because the computer board failed. They only warranty their product for 1 year. For that kind of money they should honor it for 5 years!. Next time I'll buy a cheap chinese alternative and it will be the same exact quality as this "made in US" piece of crap.

The sad part is they won't respond to letters, calls or emails. bad customer service equates to bad product. Buy something else.
