called in and date of april 29 was given to fix heat and air. part was placed on heat and air unit. burnt up new transformer on unit. the technician ordered new for monday next day delivery. he stated he would be here Monday, May 3. Person called and stated he could not tell me this after I took off work to be here. and oh by the way we do rural areas only on Monday. they would come may 10 . technician came and blew another transformer. stated fan was the problem. had to order. (it doesn't take a rocket scientist to use electrical probes to check out things first before you blow up a part and see where the electricity is and is not. they called and stated they were hunting parts. finally i talked to a person and he stated they would be here may 24. HA! HA! technician sick will have to come the next monday. OPPPPPSSSSS that is a holiday. i talked to five people to get it fixed today or tomorrow. no can do . will come june 7 between 10 and 2. this is an on going hot thing. we paid for the agreement to fix our heat and air unit. if we pay our payment late, we are charged a fee. if they don't show up -----oh well ----just reschedule. and yes we don't come but on monday and not on mondays that are holidays. what about the heat we are in and the time i have taken off to be here for this very POOR PREFORMANCE. I want an answer besides we can't help the technician is sick, we had to order another part, and we don' t work on holidays. WORD OF MOUTH TO ALL -----GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY!!! THEY DON'T BACK THERE WORD WITH THE AGREEMENT YOU PAY FOR TO FIX THEIR THINGS!!!
