"heaven on earth spa musgrave"=Hell on Earth!!!
 
This establishment is located in the owners house. The rooms are less than 2 metres sq. And can barely fit two clients and 2 therapists. Children on plastic scooters are playing on gravel outside the window. A single recording of hideous flute music plays for the entire time-hideous. The webpage suggests tranquil environment and highly trained specialists- I wonder if this means children screaming outside and staff who have no beauty therapist training and who had to be educated by us on how to do a mud wrap . The products used are of indeterminate origin and when asked to identify the brand - the therapists did not know what they were using. There is no assessment form so if you have any medical conditions or are on treatment they don't care. 

This booking was appalling. The staff are utterly unprofessional and untrained. The rooms are cold And draughty. The therapists don't treat you with courtesy and are argumentative and rude. 
It was my mums birthday and we were totally disgusted. 
The therapist proceeded to injure my back despite repeatedly being told that it hurt. The treatments were approximately fifteen minutes long and we were left to occupy ourselves till the staff were organised enough to attend to us. The beds abutted the Walls so in any treatment only half of u was treated and the other half had a coursery rub. This establishment  is noisy. Children are screaming outside the window and ill equipped to deal with four people simultaneously.
I cannot think of a worse environment for relaxing, perhaps a warzone.
 
My sister who managed to survive till the facial- had her face burning for Saturday and subsequently peeling despite requesting the therapist to stop repeatedly.!!!
 
Upon repeatedly discussing these failures with the owner she did nothing to resolve them. And her final comment sans apology was to send the booking agent an email.
